Yes good find. So if we get the Peace talks in progress and the Mine security looks now to be also in process. You can see why Harry is saying this is going to get done.

I think the important thing here is perspective. The plan was foiled, like many many plans that have been foiled by the UK anti terror agencies. Difference here is that the UK does not announce each one.

So on the face of this this is good news that shows that security in the country is working well across multiple organisations.
