i think Omicron has put a bit of a spanner in the works. It is a big deal and GL was probably planning to be in country for the signatures. So maybe today, maybe next week.

Just looks a bit amateurish to keep getting extensions. this will be the third. obviously there is always the chance that GL might not see PHASE 1 as being that attractive anymore. Phase 2 is only going to take 6-12 months longer. and it is much more profitable for Sound per unit. Just a thought

Very very deep pockets and now even deeper after the last years results. I wonder if they are looking for an acquisition? Sounds assets would be an excellent fit.

Looks like the financing negotiations are tough. Interest was originally 11.5% moved to 6% in last RNS an now looks like GL wants something else. My guess is that we will see some equity used here. Maybe at a premium to the current SP.

Also think that they will use the weekend to get this sorted and we get a conclusion on Monday.

I think we will get another extension. But no worries.

I think the finance may be a big alteration.
