“ result in first year gross revenues attributable to the Tendrara concession (100%) of US$84 million”
Add this to the revenue from phase 1 and we are looking at over 100 million a year. For the concession.
We are now looking very attractive as a partner. Or potential acquisition.
My guess is everything almost in place.
Morocco very keen to get gas out now
Tax issue to go away
Lots of news over the next few weeks
Phase 1 notice to proceed delayed to renegotiate the sound finances. But will drop before Xmas.

This was revealed, this Monday, November 8, 2021, Leila Benali, Minister of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development, to the House of Representatives, during a plenary session devoted to the national energy strategy. “Hydrocarbon deposits in the Kingdom remain insufficiently explored,” she said.
Leila Benali unveiled, this Monday, November 8, 2021, new data concerning oil and gas exploration activities in Morocco. The Minister thus indicated that the research activities, carried out by international companies, in partnership with ONHYM, cover a total area of ??233,600 km2, divided into 9 operating licenses and 53 exploration licenses, including 26 offshore licenses.
The multiplication of import, storage and even packaging methods should secure the supply and ensure its flexibility. The future exploitation of the Tendrara gas field by the British operator Sound Energy should also meet national needs. The exploration company is said to be in talks with a Moroccan operator specializing in the distribution of hydrocarbons who will take care of the road transport of the extracted gas pending the establishment of pipelines that will link the Tendrara field to the main industrial zones of the Kingdom.
