It is frustrating, but the only little hint than could be seen as a negative form the AGM was the new basin model will come in at a very similar number to the 9 17 31. That would be fantastic if it did but some here are expecting the crazy fastnet figures. We need to start understanding what we have is already great without always expecting uplifts in our expectations.

The sudden change in SP was based on some information that was already known being reiterated. Imagine what I’ll happen when we get some real news. For example sidi news, gsa, bot, broker note, full CPR, or any news that we may not be expecting

Yes agree, they will go for the A structure first. But you get the felling that they are starting to sell the te10 location as being pretty good as well. Now I am not saying that they are hoping for the best but planning for the worst outcome, but it would make a lot of sense if they were. JP next vest Date is September, he will have the TE9 result before he can or needs to excersise those warrants. Still makes me Envious that he can derisk before the result, but hey ho I guess that the benefit of being in charge.

The 25 million dollars they have on account includes the cash from the Italy divestment. Does that mean we have the VAT and the land sale cash back already. That would approx 10 million dollars, give or take. Where has that other 10 million or so gone. I would imagine that we must have paid for the CPR, the help with the seismic analysis, rothchilds and the new broker out of the cash.

There is a few things to consider about the 1.50 number. But even after the most conservative calculation the company is worth 50p plus a share. There is one big if. The 0.65 TCF is not proven reserves. There needs to be some more appraisal wells to confirm. We know the Tagi is patchy. My belief is the main thing holding back the SP. but in the audio JP is clear he knows that is the situation, but Sou is an explorer not a producer. And there�s the gap, the majors want the majority of the risk gone and we don�t have the time to be farting about with appraisal wells.

One things for sure they have not decided on the TE9 location yet, too many options. Why aren�t they drilling where the avo has spotted the anomaly, that�s suggests gas. My guess is the paleozoic at the anomaly is not defined.

At one point BM states that they may go for the Lakbir te10 location first. Because it looks better than they thought. Everyone else then rows back from that. Now you could take that discrepancy in a couple of ways. Te 10 is so good it is better COS than TE9 or TE9 looks too complicated.

Just to add to the discussion. JP clearly said at Norwich that he started the trade plan once all of the news they had was out in the public. The FSC was organised before the trade plan news, therefore you could surmise that they were unaware of anything more to immediately deliver by RNS. But hey they could have got some unexpected news as a coincidence.

Another point to note was the discussion on the trading plan. JP handled it well. I ave just reread the RNS, and it looks pretty clear. in April 2019 JP plans to have 3.1 million Sou shares. His options that will vest in that period add up to 3.125. That�s means we might have a further sale of 2 million plus shares to meet this target if JP excersises all of his options. And of course why wouldn�t he?

Great listen. From the many things I got from it, one really stood out. JP description of Sound as a producer looks very much on the table, I know it has always been a back up plan, but his few sentences on the matter sound good. It appears he thinks sound could use its talents to become a player. We would see a rise form the GSA and BOT, then another rise with FID, then another rise on First Gas and so on. Maybe not such a bad idea.
