those largish sell orders at 38p have been eaten up. Just the MM holding it back now

Hi As Fell says there are a couple of big sell orders around 42p and not much selling above that. They have been there since JP sold his million. You are right of course orders change day to day and sometimes minute to minute.

yes fell better than yesterday, but could be better. 360k v 960k and a couple of orders on 38p if we can push through 42p then we are going to fly imho

Primetime, Hey listen I get they had to sell to stay afloat. But let�s be frank it is our SP that has suffered because of their mistakes. It is also the fundamentals of the original deal that gave them far too many shares for the asset. So with their poor management and our crappy deal the Downward shareprice pressure has been enhanced. But they are now out and let�s be thankful that they now have zero shares. How long before they sell their stake in Sidi Moktar. Before you know it they will change their name and become a pharma.

No Worries MK. I would not be surprised if PetroMaroc associates undertook a bit of shorting as they sold the shares. Double win for them. Double back stab for US. HI MK I know some, but by no means all, i am no expert. But L2 does give an enhanced short term view of the market direction. But hey i am happy to take all advice, however it comes.

Petromaroc, JP sell and the CIP Divest explain the historical drop. But with only a couple of million sales the drop today looks overdone. I know news will come when it is due, but cmon we could really do with something positive to talk about. The one positive thing is that over half of that big sell order has been taken already, and looking at L2 it looks like we may see the back of it by the end of the day.

Hi Bod Not just my concerns but plenty of respected LTH felt that the initial deal should have been for a distinct amount of cash that would be payable in shares. Rather than a set number of shares. Theses initial issues where highlighted when the deal had to be altered to give Sound a rebate for shares sold over 50p.

The Petromaroc deal caused a lot of concern at the time it formulated. It now seeems that the concerns were correct. I wonder if the concerns re the trading plan and the cornerstone divestment will also be justified. Come on BM buys some sha res at this price, surely its a bargain.

So basically, the message from Petromaroc is We sold our sound shares so we can invest in something else.

I am sure we are all cleaver enough to have only invested what we are happy to lose, but when the ceo sells up and the cornerstone divests and Petromaroc heads for the door, it makes you think that we are in a bit of a perfect storm for the SP. As they say, there is only one way it can now go.....
