Hi MK Yes I think your right. If you look at my response from BM it looks like we will get even more news from the Phase 1 seismic before the end of June. The GSA, with lots of other stuff including the broker note to follow soon after, imo.

He told you, don't you remember, or do you choose to forget..... He was unable to trade for a long time before, he was going to find it difficult to trade in the future do to so much news flow. His Options where not yet vested and so he could not do his normal trick of buy and sell on the same day. so it has been put in a trading plan. Or the other reason maybe that BM has converted him to become a JV and he can longer play the market.

Question We have been provided the great news regarding the CPR for the A1 structure. But what about the other potential structures (M1, A2 etc) that where planned to be covered in phase 1, can we expect to hear more? Very interesing discussion, but i am still of the opinion that it is difficult to describe JJ and BM as world class until they deliver something tangible. And JJ set one of his own targets as getting II on board, currently not done. I would imagine BM would consider one of his targets is to deliver a commercial gas find from a well, under is watch. Not done. I know safety is very important but to get your bonus associated with that is disappointing. Safety should be a given not a mechanism for reward. Here is your world class safety award Brian............just a minute I have got bronze swimming certificate here aswelll..

I agree with much or your post Shaun. II don't guarantee a steady SP but they can help, II don't guarantee good support to the BOD but they can help. II don't guarantee a better outcome for any Buy out but they can help. and YES if I found out that a major institution was building a holding in Sound it would make me feel a like I was invested in an attractive proposition. But the one thing that I cant get out of my mind is that JP and JJ have talked in the past about their desire to get II onto the register. If it is good enough for a BOD that is aligned with it PI then it would be good news, no?

Very good point and this certainly demonstrates the large benefits that II can bring to the table. But they did not pay for their 272 million sound shares, they exchanged them for their share of the license areas in eastern morocco. It was a no brainer for them and by the way also for us. I would like to see II who pay real cash to be part of the sound story.

Oh Dragon I really do wish that the SP was being held back for that reason. It would certainly explain a lot. But I have to say that my suspicion is a far more boring reason, initialy Petromaroc selling and now CIP cashing in. Petromaroc ending up with so many shares was one of those BOD directors mistakes that i was mentioning and you could argue that we should have known that Cornerstone investor had a shelf life clause.

Oh and by the way. JP has always been very frank and open with the PI and his communication is always professional and prompt. I am also sure that he is trying to deliver the best possible outcome for the Shareholders and he will always be remembered for bring this asset to completion in one form or another. But he is also de risked in sound and on has exit plan in place with ECHO and CORO. and lets be honest I think we would all do the same.

To close this one out, we all have an opinion on the BOD and a reason for being invested. My opinion is the BOD have made some mistakes, everybody does at some point. and the reason i am here is to make as much money as possible from the asset. I think that JP et al were all very keen to get II on to the register, until they realised that they could not.

OK Jack. So from your post I assume that JJ assertion that we need to have II is wrong, therefore you disagree with his strategy and therefore JJ is not aligned with PI. Oh no who is aligned with who, we are all doomed.

Crude I think you are repeating what I said, that they are doing other things that we have not seen. GSA, SIDI etc etc. But he said he was there to get the II on board ASAP. he has not done that. And for the part that he is involved in Investor presentations. I would say that his involvement has been very little. And for me I would rather he was spending 5 minutes talking to an institution rather than the whole day it takes to travel to and sit in a PI roadshow event, that not his job.

I have got to say I am not sure we can call them a world class team just yet. BM has been exploration director for 2 less than successful wells. I know people will say he did choose the location of Badile and was forced into a corner by SLM for TE8, but for goodness sake his is the DIRECTOR and therefore needs to use his authority, if he disagreed, the question is did he disagree? JJ started his tenure by inferring that he was there to get institutions on board ASAP. Then months later he states that institutions don't invest at this stage of the cycle. You would think he would know that, a lot on this board have been saying it for yonks. So what do we have left, SLB yes world class and but also a bit slow with the seismic analysis. The Saipem well team have been excellent and can only drill the well they have been given. Luca seems very popular amongst share holders for his input, but seems to have been side-lined by BM. So world class at the moment not a chance, if TE9 comes in then they BM has improved. And only when we get the institutions will JJ starting earning his pay. By the way i know they are doing lots of other things that are very importatnt and we do not see the fruits of their labour. But they are a listed on AIM you have to see the outcomes otherwise its pointless.

I Agree it is starting to wear a little thin...but if you believe in the asset then the current SP should make no difference. Having the SP in the doldrums does make the Shareholder cheesed off and JP should and does understand this. The market is the market and if JJ was a bit more effective we may be in a better position, oh and before I get shot down my opinion on BM and JJ, it is based on the lack of any tangible benefit of their progress in both of their responsibilities.

sorry it did not finished at 39.06. Was looking good until someone put on a 77k sell order on at 1630. IMHO that was put on to make sure it finished well into the red ans someone made a killing on the spreadbet. This is what happens when you have a low volume share, with many PI, that is being traded on the SETS system. Manipulation. 10 million knocked off the Market cap with a 30k sell order. welcome to AIM.

I think it is the Norwich video. He is taking about how they can see the cracks in the reservoir. And how they are present at TE7 but there are even more at the planned location for TE9. I think that was the jist of it

totally agree with that Jag. The thing that is making me feel less nervous is the comments by BM about how they can judge the likelihood of great porosity with the new seismic and aerial. they appear to be comparing TE6 TE7 TE8 and the planned TE9 and making the call for the location.
