I know what you are saying but I have now started to be concerned about our success at TE5 Horst.

We have not had any reports about the final Pressure build up the TE7 well test. You think they would be singing that from the tree tops.

The patchy P&P over the license may be present on the Horst also. Just have a look at the distance that the horizontal well passed through the Tagi. something well over 500m. Yet it produced a Flow test only a couple of time more than TE6 with net pay of 26M. Something not right there, does not make sense.

Now you could say they limited the flow of TE7 for equipment reasons or to protect the reservoir. but why then has the Pressure not be reported s being back to pre flow test pressure. Maybe the GAS is in mini pockets..

Big Warning sign when CEO sells 1 million shares. He could trash the Trading plan and buy 3 million shares. DOubt they are in a closed period, between drills.

Now that’s a timeline/deadline that Sound should be able to achieve.

That is one way of looking at it. But JJ estimate has the BOT built in (I think)

The BOT costs are 45 million dollars a year, that for a minimum of 10 years.

I think it is easier to stick to JJ estimate that puts us a 23pps. Before an buyer has thier margin.

Yes that’s seems fair. But remember that is the NAV if Sound go into production. But as an asset for sale we will not get that.

Any buyer will want a margin, they are taking on risk and they will be tying up capital for many, many years. How much of a discount does that warrant? Answer on a postcard to......

The 650 bcf is original gas in place, (goip). So we don’t have that. It is best to look at the contingent Resources number. Now you can go for the 2c but I imagine that after TE9 any buyer would look at the 1c number, i.e. that is an almost guaranteed estimate. That’s about 194 bcf, so going on the original 1per TCF on the SP that is Just under 20p per share. And that is if Sound take it to production.

JJ recently answered it in an email that he sent out to at least 2 posters. Now it could have been a mistake but so far it has not been corrected.

It is an awful lot of gas even at the low estimate, but the infrastructure will need building and ongoing cost will need to be paid. a strong GSA will help, followed by a FEED. then find a buyer. ONHYM will want there 25% but they now have to start paying, no more free ride.

So working on the 1c contingent resources of the CPR for the TE5 Horst that is just less 20p for the Sound SP.

That is if Sound go to production, which is not plan A. A company will want a bit of a discount, surely. I have guessed at a the level of discount but have been told I am being a bit conservative.

As you say each to there own.

I am looking forward to the EMS activity at Echo, could push the Market Cap to a decent level.
