I’m sure it will cost much more than buying a number of electric vehicles to transport the product. No technical complexities or burst pipelines into the environment to worry about if transported above ground, other than keeping the vehicles in good order.

Just another curveball for us to stomach, the pipeline. Production much further away because of it.

Refinery, thanks for posting that. It could potentially be worse than trucking above ground then, well, according to what you’ve shared there.

We have a hook into the battery industry with the Grafintec project, so why can’t we use electric transportation for the Kallak project, as it’s green and clean and battery-powered efficiency is something we must surely know about. Or Rasmus does.

We certainly don’t want to do anything that could open up the pathway for environmental problems further down the line.

Pocko, the problem is, the begging bowl also has a very large hole in the bottom of it.

My question would be, why wasn’t the pipeline considered as a real possibility prior to any consultations with stakeholders? This should have been investigated a long time ago. Shareholders should not be hearing of it only now. Obviously it then also extends the window further, for getting the project into production, as the pipeline will have to be built.

Yes Sooz, but it’s the same kind of thing Kurt used to tell us, and the ‘inflection points’ are mentioned again in this latest update. Yet the sp is terrible, so it’s still a prospect also that even though Ed may focus on delivering shareholder value, he may not be able to deliver it.

We’ll know how well people think he’s doing when we see the uptake figures for this latest round of fundraising.

SJ, not sure why, but the Grafintec ‘Development Timeline’ also does not mention 2026-27. It goes from 2025-26 to 2027-28.

That would have made more sense Pocko, given the problems especially that we’ve had in Sweden with the application ‘process’, or lack thereof.

And now here we are. I feel that you’ve also made an essential point, insofar as, we have a CEO in place who does not own this business, and he therefore doesn’t have to take the same action as he would do if it were his own, and in danger of going to the wall. He can just move on to the next job, collect his wages and sleep well at night.

So the duty of care is not as paramount.

I feel this is evident to see as well, and the ‘get out of jail free’ card is simply just to blame difficult market conditions, and then dilute dramatically, rather than find another way.

Apologies for the typos. I have a hand condition and it’s flared up so my stupid fingers have split open.

Afternoon Sooz. The pipeline is something new, but unfortunately the continual erosion of the value to existing shareholders’ holdings is nothing new. I appreciate your position, if you can afford to keep investing, but I can’t now so I’ve learned a very harsh lesson, and having backed the company by buying in on the last three fundraises, I still see my investment here over 90% down, and with my line drawn in the sand with it now. I’ve only lost money and been here involved continually for what will be 16 years come August.

So I have no enthusiasm left Sooz, or the belief that, in terms of my own investment here, it will ever come good. I’m more likely to have a worthless holding, all things considered, as I can’t afford to partake again in any share offers, no do I feel it appropriate to do so if I could afford it.

Still no partner committed to funding the project or a JV.

I feel that unfortunately the company has been badly run, without apology.

I know you have money available to invest in this next dilution Sooz, because you’ve said that you will keep some back, and I wish you well. Not sure what the share offer price will be at, but Ed has already warned of a discount to come, so it may be a large one. Something that I don’t recall is having previously, a warning about the funding sp, prior to it even occurring.

Existing shareholders, like myself, without the funds, are pretty much fuked.

Significant progress not reflected in the sp indicates a management epic fail, in my opinion. Not enough concentrated news surely on each project has been released to complement the supposed progress. Why not? Then the cheek from Ed to say that the fundraise will definitely be at a discount, without any apology for it, has got my back up.

No feeling of significant progress via news, therefore no interest shown by the private investor, only enquiries from those within the industry itself. Yet no investment so far from any interested parties either.

The sharks are circling though, shareholders being the shark chum.

Morning Sooz. Yes, you are right about the waiting being difficult. We don’t get an awful lot of news from Ed though, considering we are hopefully making progress.

Soon be March and then perhaps we shall hear more, as Q1 draws to a close.
