Ok Sooz. Enjoy your lunch.
Just a note, but at 13:20 today I also received an email from ii about the Offer. I guess every BEM shareholder with ii will also have done so. 👍
I suppose as shareholders we must hope that there is a decent uptake with this fundraise, whether we each take part or not, because if there isn’t, surely the 0.61p could look expensive. That is also in the back of my mind. It’s a pity the UK subscription is not underwritten, I’m pondering why, but perhaps it would have been much more costly, and only a fifth of existing holders are AIM-based.
It’s another big risk to subscribe, so best of luck to those who are going for it.
Not sure whether I should have posted that, but it’s my account, so hope it helps.
It’s difficult for me not to subscribe now, after all this. Lol.
Sooz. This is what it says in my ii account:

Sooz, I have checked my account, and the Offer is there, as of this morn. It seems we only have until 26 March with ii by which time to have given your decision. Please note that the Offer only appeared under my Corporate Actions when I logged in via the ii website, i.e. the full version of ii, rather than when I logged in using the ii app. The Corp Action didn’t show when I used the app.
Hope this helps. The phone number is there in the reply from Mr Gregory.
Cheers.
I had an issue with Ed saying he would be giving too much away, because he already is doing with this fundraise at 0.61p, well below even our nominal value threshold. It was enough to pi.55 me off hearing that anyway.
Maybe the smartest thing is to ditch all projects in the long-term, once the work planned has been completed at Kal and in Finland.
It does depend upon how much cash is raised as well, it not being underwritten here in the UK and with a loan to pay back.
Have to see, but he did make a few good points, once he could get them out. Make no mistake about it though, we are still very much on a sticky wicket a the moment.
In my view.
Andy, now that was painful to watch. Thanks for sharing though matey.
Andy. If you read that link very quickly it looks like …bowie-ceo-evil
Evening Carrots!
Evening Sooz.
I checked my ii account just now and there is still no mention of the Offer under my ‘Corporate Actions’ heading. As the RNS was issued on 14 March, I’ve sent a secure message to ii with the query as to why the Offer has yet to show up, considering they are a named broker on the Primary Bid site.
Just waiting for a response now Sooz, and will post as soon as I get one.
Evie eve. xx
Aye Pete, that’s confirmed what I remember from last time. We will have to wait, but I will ask next week at ii, just what is occurring.
Ok Sooz. 👍
Yes, I suppose investors are not catered for on AIM. So it appears, but only from my own experiences. x
Sooz, I’ll keep checking for you. They must be involved, but, as mentioned, it took a few days for the fundraise Corporate Action to appear on my account last time. You would think it should be immediate, as soon as the RNS is released, but perhaps next week it will arrive with ii. I’ll query it if nothing by Wednesday.
Apologies if I got it wrong. You are obviously more on the ball than I am with dates, whereas I’m just probably feeling what the share has done since the last fundraise. I must admit, I don’t like the share split, or the hoop-jumping using Primary Bid, so had I the money, I would still consider just buying on the open market. Given the performance since the last fundraise, I suppose it’s very difficult to predict what will occur.
Mayflower, I see what you mean. I suppose I’m looking at it more as a non-trader, as per what happened since and where we are now. If you are trading it within a few days, weeks or months following the fundraise then fair enough. The point is, nor did it ever sustain a rise after the 2.06p raise and we are left staring down at a 0.61p raise instead of a cash call set higher than the previous one.
I guess it depends on strategy, but should we be taking up the fundraise offer only to be forced to trade it so as to not lose more money? Of course not, and I feel that speaks for itself.
Atb.
Lb, not quite that much because my ISA is free by virtue of also having a trading account, but I know what you mean. I never had to pay anything previously because it all used to be under RBS, then it was farmed out to TD, then ii took that over. Lol.
Yes, so you are correct, not only have I lost and am losing money, I’m now paying for that privilege.
Have a nice afternoon.
Hi Sooz. Thanks very much for that, it’s good of you. It may appear in ii next week and of course now I’m curious as to when so will have to keep checking. It’s, dare I say it, a little bit of excitement amongst the shambles. Lol.
Just checked my ii account and the Offer details are not showing yet under my ‘Corporate Action’. I just checked out of curiosity, as I remember this occurred on the last fundraise once the info was known to shareholders via RNS, and I had to raise it as a query. It seems that ii wasn’t informed straight away, even though they are a listed broker on Primary Bid.
Just for info. Not sure if anyone has ii and the details of the offer are not yet showing in your accounts either.
Morning all.
