Toph’s post was refreshing to read, yet I’m not sure why that helpful information couldn’t have been put as an RNS update for shareholders. Without little nudges in investor confidence it’s harder to keep the faith, considering what we’ve had to put up with so far. I know RNS releases cost money, but at this point in time, surely anything positive would be better shared by Ed.

Suzy, fair post that, in my opinion. I mean, we didn’t raise what Ed had hoped for to really kick on with the projects, so we are having a slow and underwhelming year so far, in line with the monies we did raise. Not ideal at all, and the sp has therefore had no momentum because there isn’t any real market-driving news. It’s a difficult pill for us to swallow, but we are doing the best we can, so I feel bickering is to be expected.

I am not certain what will happen, but we could do with a break.

Yes, and surely if we have a deposit that is still an ANI for mining, then it must be given ‘strategic’ status. And if not, why not?

Such status should give us a real boost, and obviously it’s more of a safe proposition for any Institutional Investor then.

I was emailed the RNS from BEM at 9:30am this morning, so unsure as to why it has yet to appear here on LSE, some four hours later. Not good.

Exactly SJ. But it is meant for the Institutional or Professional Investor, hence having to register to view the content.

Aug, the longer we go it alone, yes, the more we keep, but shareholders will surely eventually lose everything if the fundraise prices continue on a downward trajectory each time Ed has a cash call. Nothing to suggest otherwise yet. PFS completion at Kallak, then perhaps we may see some daylight, but the market hasn’t factored in the Finland PFS completion, so not sure what will happen once the Kallak one is complete and signed off. I don’t feel there’s much reason presently to be too optimistic, in view of Ed’s performance for us to date.

My thoughts. Long-term supporter as you know, but whose shares are now almost worthless.

Yes, it usually sounds great doesn’t it, but at the moment it is a case of ‘such a pity’ Sooz. Frustrating on the funding front.

Pocko, yes. It won’t leave us very much at all, but at least it will be paid off while Ed looks at other ways of funding the projects.

He needs to, as the 11p Offer move was unacceptable and he knows it.

It’s pretty grim, considering Ed himself mentioned that progress would be slow if we didn’t raise what we were hoping for. Be good to upgrade the resource at though as soon as possible, as a larger volume of a proven to be mineable asset should put us on a firmer footing with institutional investors.

Not sure of that poem, unless it is from one of his Shropshire Lad ramblings. Lol.

I forgot to say, re Ed’s presentation video, he did mention that he feels (and obviously hopes) that this current fundraise will, or at least should be a low point, and that future funding is, we must trust, to be achieved at a higher level.

He obviously can’t promise that until we see how much can be raised currently and what we can do with it. Worth noting that he did refer to it though, I thought so anyway. Future funding at a better sp level. No need to have mentioned it really, if it wasn’t likely. So fingers crossed Sooz.

He also mentioned that he prefers for us to go it alone at present, because he is mindful not to give too much of our company away, and if we can fund the drilling to upgrade the resource and complete the Kal PFS, then perhaps the sp will be in a healthier place and we’ll be in a more commanding position, in terms of being in the driving seat and having our own demands of any incoming partners, rather than being as it seems we are at the moment, a grateful passenger, until we reach the next stage, PFS completion.

…environmental permit. The approval of, but we would be foolish to believe also perhaps that the inclusion of a pipeline into the picture, may increase the approval time for the permit once our application is lodged. I’m certain that the Sami will also be keeping a close eye on this pipeline move.

So I would say Sooz, that I really enjoyed the presentation itself, but Ed’s unease during the questions indicates that he can’t be confident with what we can undertake, until we know how many pennies we’ll have after this Offer has been concluded.

F’in’ precarious. High risk. For me, just mentioning the pipeline isn’t enough. It’s unfortunate that, before this Offer was rolled out, Ed couldn’t have nailed down further specifics.

If I hadn’t have lived this investment for the last 15 years, would I invest as a newcomer?

I can’t say, as obviously my judgement is made based on my being invested for 15 years, and unfortunately I can’t erase the mental scarring. Lol.
