Possibly why JLP only took up 29% of BMR shares then, not opting for more, as in, a greater percentage would have then triggered a takeover process. If I'm correct. If funding isn't meant for takeovers, only projects, then it could be why JLP stuck with the magic 29. Lol. While out in public, I always venture forth wearing only a coconut half over my old plums and shaft. A few stares from strangers perhaps, but nobody dares ask any questions, and I find that because of that, I'm able to carry on walking unchallenged down the street, without having a care in the world. Whether I've invested in BMR or not, people only remember the coconut half, and there is no shame in that. Good luck with your own strategy.

Yes, we have. Borrelli giving away 40% of future profits so easily, he deserves a good kicking. These kind of twats obviously have no thought for existing shareholders, so inflicting acute physical pain on them is the way forward. Lol.

I suppose because some, not all, know that there aren't enough measures in place to prevent them from getting away with it. It takes a certain character to perform so badly, behave so poorly, without conscience, and some of these AIM CEOs fit such a profile. Unfortunate though it is. No punishment. No need for them to change.

Cheers for the reply Bryn. Too late for me I fear, now being nearly 94% down, but good for others who have been less affected by the treatment and ineptitudes of both Alikhani and Borrelli. My average is massive, but shareholding small, because of the 10:1 dilution, and then we've had the continual slide since. I'm just waiting to see what JLP does for us, if anything. Borrelli can't redeem himself, nor does he appear bothered, and any moral man would have resigned on such a poor performance, in my view, but if others on the Watch need me to add my holding at some point, to help get rid of the little prick, then I will do. I'm totally fooked off with it all, to be frank. Cheers matey.

You know me Ed. I don't like purposeful mischief. Enough said on that, but thanks for the info re the SDRs. You may be right with the theory. This year better end well for us, and as I've mentioned, I shall be reviewing the situation here in October. Hopefully by then something good will have happened with Kallak. Best regards.

Yes, I do remember the group, but didn't know who or what was involved, as I wouldn't join any group online back then, due to possible trust issues.
