Some of us are in the same boat, so we fully understand your disappointment and frustration. It has been awful, but amazingly, nothing to do with the Company or the asset. Only the bureaucracy within the Sweden system. If you can hold on, then surely an improvement must come? After summer perhaps now, but BEM is again funded for possibly another year and we are still therefore very much alive and kicking, with a prize asset and a savvy leader in Kurt. I wish you the best of luck.

Looks like many of us have unfortunately become resigned to the thoughts that a decision won't come under this Government. Lb, I know you have felt strongly about this for a few years, and it does now look like you could be right. This application hasn't been decided at law, because nobody ministerial has had the bottle to press for that, in spite of the very mention of it in such circles. To date then, hot air. It's a shame the Greenies have to behave in such an unreasonable manner at times. Our potential mining operation will be a green one as well. Safe and environmentally sound. It's not as if we'll be tunnelling into Middle Earth and napalming the area within a thousand mile radius. Lol. Anyway, I'll still be reviewing the state of play here come October. It is apt to do so, and by which time we'll hopefully have a change in Government structure for the better, although it'll still be Swedish. It depends then upon the new degree of prevarication and malaise as to whether I'll let my investment run here or just pack up and pi55 off. Taking into account also our Finnish pals, how they may be further putting the Swedes to shame at the time, by actively encouraging a cooperative, natural progress for BEM over in Finland. Still much to ponder other than Kallak, but Kallak obviously remains our primary project and the biggest concern for many of us long-termers. In my view. Anyway, I wish you all well. I personally felt that the decision would come before the elections matey, it still might and that would make sense to me, but the last couple of RNS releases mention the possibility of a final decision being delayed because of the election focus. I guess you have to decide if this sp is a fair price to reinvest now, or if you'll leave it for a while to see if it drifts lower, while you are weighing it up. The Kallak potential is great, as you must know, but we do now also have other projects that look promising as well. Also fully funded again after the very recent cash call, so still a decent prospect all in all. Time is the thing. I started this investment as a fairly young man, and now I'm just like a vitamin deficient Yoda. The Sweden effect. Best of luck to you, whatever you decide upon.

Hi Bans. Yep, still holding in ORE/SOS. Ladies fashion is magical, right up my street, as you know. Lol. You could monitor BEM yourself matey, but if you are not needing any set timescale for a return on investment, then brill. Consider investing. Great asset, red tape awful though. We've been waiting for a decision on a concession licence for over five years. Swedish elections in September, so I can't say where the sp will go in the meantime, or if the decision will come before or after (RNS news indicates possibly final decision after the elections), but I do recommend you signing a euthanasia form for yourself prior to investing, if you are going to invest, just in case we are still awaiting the concession licence decision at the point where human function becomes far too difficult. Kurt doesn't really have to remind us of the importance of Kallak, but wouldn't you think that something of such importance should have been dealt with in a timely manner? Duh! I'm really hoping that something of note occurs with Kal before the elections, even though any "final" decision may be given afterwards, possibly encroaching well into cable knit time. Lol. A couple of weeks and we can relax a little, all being well. Expect the unexpected perhaps though, just to be on the safe side Vig. Fingers crossed for all in both BMR and JLP.

Points taken. Bad deal only because of the enormous percentage given already and so readily by Borrelli. We all know it shouldn't have happened, so naturally it is a concern going forward. In terms of a working relationship with JLP, that is also yet unproven. We need to see actual progress without hindrance now. I'm sure many of us will feel more positive then. Probably a good thing that at least JLP has Board representation, so Alex can't do exactly as he pleases. Although I'm not keen on Bird. What a combo! Lol. Good luck to us.

Cheers Vig. Good post. Time will tell what occurs, but I don't feel that JLP could make a worse job of things than BMR has. The Board member from JLP still leaves a lot to be desired though, in my opinion. I've had a bit of previous with the Birdmeister. Lol. We need someone with shareholders' interests at heart to keep an eye on everyone!

Hi Vig. Yes, it would be good if there were significant changes, naturally for the better, and particularly in terms of a short timescale for ramp-up from the 5tph processing rate. Also, a change of personnel at BMR is badly needed, in my view. I don't wish for JLP to swallow up BMR though, because it appears to be a company which deals with the acquisition of the distressed, lol, and obviously it doesn't do that by paying through the nose for its asset grabs. My concern remains for the BMR shareholders, with any takeover, in view of the Borrelli factor in light of the unbelievable ease at which he's given away so much already, in return for the yet unproven. On we go, let's see what unfolds, but it would be a surprising and pleasant change for something to go right for us. Let's face it, the alternative to it not doing so would be disaster. Possibly the end. In my eyes, JLP remains enigmatic, until it implements and delivers on its plans for Kabwe. I won't accept hype from Leon or Colin, the evidence of action or otherwise must and will speak for itself. Good luck to you Vig, and to us all.
