Not sure whether anyone had reported this, do here's a snippet from the front page:

I know. That was tongue in cheek; I just can't control my excitement about the official inclusion of their drug in US trials and the prospect of the drug being approved in the coming weeks and actually beating the bloody Covid for good!

Funnily enough, SNG and ARB have finished at almost exactly the same level in the US tonight: $2.715 and $2.72 respectively.

I'm planning to serve escargots and bisque on Valentine's Day but I've already started working my way up the wine ladder. We had a bottle of nice (if a tad too sweet) Clairette de Die, today is a Riesling day, and tomorrow a Vouvray day; it's going to be champagne on Sunday, nebulised of course.

It's going to be an exciting weekend, and Monday should be even better. And there is no home schooling next week!

I agree that we'll see a gap up on Monday but it may be more subdued than today's rise in the US. It all depends on BTC's performance over the weekend. Everything looks extremely bullish and everyone is convinced $50k will be broken this weekend but you never know: we could be sitting at $49.9k and unable to break it after all.

I'm expecting at least 165p-170p on Monday, anything lower than that would be simply unfair. We may also have an RNS about the latest miners coming online.

Irrespective of the BTC price action over the weekend, there should be a re-rate on Monday.

Yes, it seems to round down to the nearest million. (I remember similar 2m buys on GGP a few months ago: they were also missing a few hundred thousand each.) Nothing to worry about: other websites show a correct amount.
