Isn't it the case that NIH will have a look at preliminary data on day 14 and Synairgen will be shown a larger subset of data on day 28 to decide whether to proceed to phase 3? I don't think the counting starts with the first patient though, but we should be close to day 14 now, and day 28 should be about a fortnight away.
