So far there "more than 10 applicants" still under review/cosideration. I dont think all the big names will be going via the Lithuania route , there are another 27 countries plus 3 EEA countries that will operate the MiCA framework.

It is wrong to suggest therefore it will all be big name tickets only in Lithuania. There are plenty of countries to go round and not all of them will want to be based in Lithuania for whatever reason.
