Leew, the point about the no votes in the resolutions is that they were significant. If the BOD were aloof to PI discontent prior to taday , then they have certainly got the message loud and clear today.

As Billy says the tills are still ringing and it's going to be good Christmas, may even be early this year.

Just had a response back from Tim. The BOD are conscious of shareholder desire for more enagagement and for a more frequent newsflow. That will do for me for now lets see what the next news brings.

Hopefully it will be of the sort to really bring us to the attention of the wider investor base.

While the majority of resolutions passed, the substantial opposition to Resolutions 5 (Share Allotment Authority) and 6 (Disapplication of Pre-emption Rights), at 28.85% and 27.64% against respectively, sends a clear message of shareholder displeasure. This level of dissent is notable and, in my view, should not be overlooked by the Board.

I trust the company will take these votes seriously and address the underlying concerns.

Not long to go now until the interims. Every faith that the BOD are continuing their hard work. At the moment they seem to be caught between a rock and hard place without anything substantive to report. We are all waiting on MiCA, EMI and Arbitration.

As Leew has already said they should have come out with something after suspension even by way of a corporate update to at least get us back to pre suspension levels.

Res 6 not carried. I hope that sends the BOD a message. Some of us who voted against might like to email Tim and suggest that the BOD get out and start talking as the PI share base is pizzed at them.
