Arbitration is an interesting point. If we have gone through either the 1.Streamlined Procedure under SIAC rules ( less than$740,000) or 2. the Expedited Procedure (less than$7.3Million), there is difference in timescales.

1.Award must be made within 3 months-from appointment of a sole Arbitrator

2.Award must be made within 6 months- ditto

Thanks to Chaegroks work we may be under process 2 as we are talking about around $1Million in profits (our 66.67 Share) plus of course any penalty if awarded. In either case we are not to far away from a decision, if an Arbitrator has been appointed.
