Sanlam was announced by the company and carried by Newswire and Reuters. P.I.s in AIM listed companies rely on RNS news to make decisions. 90%+ of the company is controlled by Insiders and Institutions which might explain why they see no particular need to keep us informed. This is short sighted and poor management as the 30%+ fall in the share price since the placing in March has arisen from small investors bailing. Strong on I.T. poor on I.R.
Sadly, the company places little emphasis on the Investor base.
The Sanlam contract which appears to be significant did not merit a Live RNS. WHY?
Investor Relations are buried on their website and difficult to find. There is no dedicated contact for I.R. Have raised these concerns with the company, but no response so far. Disillusioned!
Good Morning,
New here. Can someone explain please, what Loop offers , SUPPLEMENTAL, to Microsoft Teams. Additionally, is their system also a direct competitor to Teams. Am trying to assess the market potential for their offering(s). Thanks
Am a new investor to GSK. AS part of my due diligence, I did not come across anything relating to Credit Suisse. As it seems to be material, could someone inform me please what the issue is and any relevant url. Many thanks.
Blades, yes, I am aware that no charges have been brought against the company. Following conviction and sentence of Lufkin, would not the next step be to charge the company, whose money was used and who became the beneficiary of the bribes. This seems a reasonable sequence.
To our knowledge, Lufkin did not benefit personally and his actions were to the benefit of the company only.
Independent reports exonerating the BOD fall short of exonerating the company and particularly its management.
FYI. I am long PFC but concerned.
There seems to something important missing ........
Lufkin has pleaded to bribery. The sums of money are significant. He was not using his own money. It was Petrofac’s. Presumably accounted for (in some fashion) on their accounts? Would that then make them guilty also. Need clarity on this point.
Silver has a Market Cap of 1.4 trillion. This has limited the impact of Reddit both in terms of price impact and duration.
Gold has a Market Cap of about 10.6 Trillion which makes it a VERY unlikely target.

A major contributor to the accelerated declines this week has been rolling margin calls. I imagine that much of this stock is purchased using aggressive leverage ( IG Offering 5 to 1 on the CDs). Shorts playing a minor role, if any, since about 115p.
The recent rights issue was made to fund the Interserve deal at £271m. Following the fund raising the share price adjusted down to 36p. The planned.. purchase price is now £190m. If we apply this 30+% reduction, as an uplift to the 36p, we arrive at a price of 47p. This seems like a reasonable short-term target price. At this level, Mitie is still selling at a pe significantly below the sector average.
