Also for Stifel to start trying to drum up investors in America they must know about these shares, so they can explain to the investors that it’s their commission or to tell the investors who these shares are for.

If Stifel take 3.5 million 5% commission or shares for bringing a big fund on board.
That could be a 70 million investment being set up.
Look at the bigger picture if numbers of tests what Big Al is predicting a week.
That is the type of investment that will start rolling in once the gov contracts have been signed off.

We can all speculate who the shares are for and it will come out soon.

My top 3

1. BBI finished pilot batches and consultant firm that helped validate,wanted shares instead of cash if I had just done that work and knew what is around the corner, I would ask for shares.
2. Adeptrix Bams about to be validated again consultant firm that helped, same reason.
3. Stifel coming on board again this is a recent deal.They also can see the potential and have just secured some very large American investment which they have took shares instead of commission.

I hope it’s Number 3

The “UK Rapid Test Consortium, UK-RTC” comprises BBI Solutions, Abingdon Health, CIGA Healthcare, Omega Diagnostics 

Now that BBI Solutions, Abingdon Health are fully on board for operation moonshot with Avacta
It would be a great if CIGA Healthcare or Omega Diagnostics joined Avacta and leave the last company left in the “UK Rapid Test Consortium, UK-RTC”
to just concentrate on the smaller antibody market.
This would make sense because it would free up production lines in BBI Solutions, Abingdon Health and the other that came on board and would reduce the chance of any cross contamination producing two different types of test in the same facility.

Is this deal still active, It happened 4 years ago and it would be a bad deal to give them a rolling contract to use affimers, it must of been for 2 maybe 3 years then to extend we needed to see a RNS for royalties.
Look Daewoong they have just extended and paid another £55 million.
So I’m Hoping this deal is dead and Mologic have to pay for a new licence. (Which is going to cost them now that Affimers are the Holy Grail)

“White Label”
A lot of companies go down the white label route with their IP, it brings in a lot of royalties with very little effort and expenditure.
Once the Holy Grail test is completed.Avacta could use this route to fund the lucrative oncology side of the business and expansion to Nasdaq & FTSE listing.

I've been with YGEN from the beginning of the Novacyt affair that didn't seem to happen. I sold out then got back in and have had a frustrating time watching the share price drift around, but always believing they were a strong company. Let's not forget to share some of the good news and do some pumping ourselves with our COVID shares brothers so that they buy in and give it the momentum it needs. A few mentions on other BBs from all of us will help a lot. Cheers Dan

They have had trouble with S&S on their antibody test.
Cytiva can point them in the direction of Affimers if they want to solve that problem.

Bruker Corp has very strong cash flow.
They have bought 2 companies in the last 3 weeks.
Now that they have seen the power of Affimers and their application into other diagnostics, which is the main part of their business we could be on their shopping list.

Takeover approach could be around the corner.
