How You can cash out with placing???

I think it's very difficult to know whats going on. In 2011 when they risen 130 mil at 80 pence project was a go (or everybody thought so).Now 7 years latter all that cash it's gone and not much to show of.Trust in project and BOD it low and we don't know they will deliver or not. Wait and see approach I think -we have to wait for some proper RNS not just placing one after another. Not much visibility here atm. where or how things are going I'm afraid.

Strange-massive spread. Today placing should ensure that MM have lots of stock to sell so spread should be very small. Plus they are selling stock placed at 0.6 for 0.79 30% mark up.

Yesterday sells at 0.0195-0.02 and buys at 0.02-0.023 so no discount at all. Today trading range it's this same.
Maybe BOD got some news or deal incoming and need cash. Soon we well know-hope for the best. gl

Reason why it's small free float-spikes in share price.Remember II bought this for 80 pence and they didn't sell so when good news land this will move fast.

To many of them that why investors don't trust what company said. Better communication and better news flow it's needed-real progress and real buzz that project it's a go.

Now we need some news flow to help go trough placing shares.
I hope it's going to be some exacting news this or next week. gla

Companies like ADL usually have discount of 30-50% to current share price.
Good thing is funding sorted for the time, directors going to have skin in the game (12%),after consolidation share price will be 1 pence and warrants get consolidated!!! (300 mil to 6 mil).
Total issued shares after consolidation ca.293 mil. with 6 mil warrants at 1 pence(granted today) 27 mil warrants at 4.7 pence and 800k options.

With right news will move more than that.Good news and improved sentiment it's what we need!!

What about no placing just different news to boost share price????

Need some news - RNS and will move up. Sentiment here it's very low and investors need some thing to look to into future. Now we have more of consolidation and wait and see approach.

Bahamas pet it's proof that in AIM sentiment it is the most important factor for share price to rise.

Market cap. of Bellzone in 2011(march) when placing took place to institutional investors at 80 pence($133 mil. risen) was in region of £££ 500 mil.£££!!!!!!
Slump in commodity prices in 2014-15 and political uncertainty put this project on hold and now nobody remembers how much resources are worth or how high should share price go if project is a go. Lets see if market going to wake up to Bellzone ???? Or when???

7 times more. Need some news or positive sentiment and expectation than something good can happen and share price will go up. Now little consolidation it is.

If things go with plan Bellzone may construct mine in H1 2019 and could be a producer by end 2019 imo

Consolidation on higher levels.We have spike after news, retrace and now consolidation with very good volume. Next news should push this higher imo.
