I bought some @ 0.73 This could be excellent growth stock. Most AIM companies with 1 mil cap. have nothing.Worth to remember that CEO have 29mil shares-15% of company so I not sure he is going to dilute himself (eg. placing) when you can growth company organically.

All what I can say atm is Good luck to Us ;-) and have good update in future (on Monday hopefully when exclusivity agreement it's officially over). imo gl

Probably you are right but trades like that clear overhang from Friday selling -at some point this share will start moving (up- I hope so ;-)) more freely and is good for us to see them (2.95 mil buy) they build confidence ;-) of turn around.

I have look at NEX trades. Some poor soul sold fri @8.07 ca. 3.9mil shares for 1.15p!! just after 1.3 mil @ 1.5p!! Someone said this is traders paradise but in reality Market Makers made a killing -mind you you could buy at best little above +1.7p!! so they made easy +60% in just 2 hours.
It's very good to see buys like the last one 2.95mil @ 2p -made you believe that recovery may be just behind the corner.

Panic selling it's over. Now share is going to consolidate and time to have bit of patience and wait for news.

Very good points and you're right maybe they ended Exclusivity Agreement because would like to invite 3 party to form consortium to push project forward and spreed the risks."Company remains adequately funded to continue developing well financing options through to completion".We shall see.

Offshore drilling it's attractive above certain poo for most mayor oil companies so as long as poo stay over $70-$75 (first time since end of 2014 in 2018!!! and by May we have Exclusivity Agreement with mayor oil company) BPC will stay on the radar.
Nobody knows what the others companies were or their offers because discussion was put on hold for 4 months.
TO say that it's over, "dead duck",insolvent and many more is trolling or deramping with agenda to buy lower (like posters who got shares or are invested for years but are negative as hell) or till Friday BPC prospect/licences were worth to them 20p to 60p a share but nowt now.
Prospect it's still there and opportunity it's there -most of you are just to sour to see that.

Mayor put some unfavorable terms on BPC before official offer was made and Potter said: "it's not gonna to happen" and they ended exclusivity agreement (Macquarie said they can do "better" with little competition in place) remember BPC negotiated with ONE party for last 4 months.

You post that mayor walked because they are not interested yet they spend time and money (paid Exclusivity Agreement) I think they were very interested (check how many mayors where interested in BPC prospect in 2014,2015,2016 and 2017???)!!!.
Imo prospect of BPC is as good as ever and as per RNS "Appetite for "frontier" exploration has improved" and "we are now able to freely re-engage in discussions with all other parties, which had previously been put in abeyance".
This could be minor set back for BPC (mayor for share price) and definitely it's it's not over yet-after years of "quiet" and nothing we are onto something. Nobody knows what is going to be only time will tell.all imo and gla

Share price it's telling the truth from 2p to 0.2p. It's punt ( I did for 1k) and wait and see and as I said if they manage without placing for fore sable future share price may recover imo dyor

If contracts keep coming and they somehow menage without placing at some point in the future this share could rocket imo dyr

Shares got consolidated 10 to 1 on 2 July (so your 1.13p it's 11.3 as of now) so the lowest it's 4.6p as of today I stay correct. Anyway I stay out as of now-wait and see (probably I try jump in after dust settles).

How it's positive. Lowest share price was at 4.6p!!! and as you say :

"Vin Murria continues to be in discussions to make a controlling equity investment in the Company which is now likely to be at a price of 2.5 pence per Ordinary Share". So no good at all.
Plus SHE values IMTK at 2.5p as per "Queen of tech". ca 750k so who is right: marker or She??
I think share price will collapse to 2.5-3p on deal announcement imo so as of today I'm out with loss an will wait. Each on their own. dyr and gl
