People could avoid having to use public transport by using electric scooters (expecially if the journey was less than say 10 miles) so personally I'm quite annoyed the Government hve not moved on this. They will have to as more and more electric scooters are appearing on the streets. GET A MOVE ON MR SHAPPS FOR HEAVENS SAKE!!!!

Experience tells me that the fact the sp is only just short of the days high of £2.42 at close of play bodes well for the next several days. It seems likely they will be able to restore the dividend and this is what underpins the rise.
I'm not selling. IMHO we will be passing £2.50 by the end of next week.

Turkey trying to take back the land that it seems the Armenians took from them many years ago I can't see the oil prise dropping much. Once again Turkey is in the mix, a NATO country with state of the art weapons. The Azerbaijan PM has stated they will not stop until they get their land back so his job is on the line here. They don't get the land then I presume he will be out of office. Many major oil pipes go through the war zone apparently. Maybe they will be targetted? Who knows.

PMO at the moment are not my finest hour. I hold one tranche @ 50p EEK! and one at 16p. Should have sold, yes. However I did not make the mistake of buying in between the 50p and the 16p so not the end of the World.
October tomorrow and that means the mOT garages are going to be super busy for the next 4 months. Why? Because all those who deferred the MOT's from start April to end July will have to get them done............ the 6 months the Government extended is up! Now remember Halfords record bike sales were countered by the lack of cash from the garages as in MOT money. So once the 4 months is up (end January) we will be back in sync again. Logically the massive bike sales and the back to normal amout of MOT's will make the bike sales cash shine through. I'm looking for the dividend to be re-instated. Not selling. No way.

I fance the sp will be moving North again tomorrow and if the seller @ £1.52 is out, or want's to keep the rest we will be off again. With Brent having late today moved up to $42.60 things are looking good.
After all the International arbitration did say their decision would be late Summer, and summer ends on 25th October.

I believe if you loose International arbitration and don't pay you may loose access to the international lending markets (like Greece did). Not abiding by this agreement is extremely dangerous for any Country.
I agree it seems the Indian Government changed the law retrospectively with VOD and Cairn which iwas completely unfair (moving the goal posts) so it's very likely Cairn will get compensation. Probabky why the sp jumped up 11% Friday! Also the verdict is due (they said towards the end of Summer). Could be any day.

I don't have much sympathy with the Indian Government.
International arbitration says they owe Vodaphone a fortune.
Maybe Cairn will be next.
How on earth the Indian Government can justify a space program is beyond me.
I suggest they mothball it until they have paid their debts.

Pmo's current sp is crazy IMHO, although it was here a few months back when Brent was $20.
However Brent is now $41.50 and has been $45-$46 for quite a while before.
One needs to compute that $20 is less than half todays Brent oil price.
IMHO the current oil price levels will put the final nails in the coffins of many shale oil Co's. Any hope the ones on the edge had must be gone by now. Many need WTI over $50 to break even/make a small profit. No chance.
PMO have previously said Brent @ $35 is break even for them. A few months back they said even if Brent was £35 until the end of the year thay would break even. Since then (what...... 3 months) the price of Brent has been substancially above that level.
I see PMO as a fantastic oppertunity for a takeover by any Co. with the foresight to see Brent @ $50 plus in 6 months time.
Any bid for PMO North of 60p a share might win IMHO.
