The market's penny still has not dropped here. Most of the major plyers only act on confirmed figures and unfortunately Halfords results were for the year TO 3rd April 2020. Thus they only had a few covid months in them. No massive profit due to the lockdown and masive bicycle sales, camping equipment sales etc... The outlook painted was very rosy of course but we may need confirmed figures before we get to £3.00 a share or more.
In the mean time you could always buy in and wait for the what I think is enevitable fantastic profit news!

last Wed was a draw of 7.4m barrels and the week before 10m....... TEN MILLION BARRELS.
There in next to NO cance of any major Country locking down again. USA, China, germany, France, Britain, Japan......... NO CHANCE. So the drop in the oil price to $44.56 is based on the market assuming lock downs, and the oil supply more than the demand. COBBLERS! lol! Deal in FACTS, not assumptions!

strong point is a fantastic WEB site. Also when you buy in store often you need to go on line if the goods are out of stock when you order. Annoying, yes, but this has been making people use the website to find out when delivery is coming or whatever. I often look at PCWorlds WEB site for bargains. Same with Halfords. In fact Amazon, PCWorld and Halfords I think are the 3 I visit the most for bargains. Buying shoes and clothes on line is something I never do. I need to try them and fell them, inspect for faults etc.....

I can't believe the sp is not £2.00 already. It is widely known the demand for bikes is crazy, enough to hammer halfords stock levels even with most countries off lockdown (i.e it ain't lack of suppply from suppliers, it's halfords can't keep up with it).
Some of these bikes are pushing £3,0000 each.

to legalise electric scooters. Last Sunday i was in my local Halfords. About 50 bikes on the sales racks in ASdult bike section. I was thinking stock levels much improved. Then I realised just about all of them had a "sold" tag on. I think they are raking it in!

, electric scooters that is! On their WEB site just now the "bikes available from stock" figure is up to 121 types of bike (before lockdown this was 350 ish). the 121 is a vast improvement on 3 or 4 weeks back when it was more like 35!
I believe they are getting good deliveries now but these bikes are sold as soon as they get them. I honestly think they are making a fortune because of the massive demand caused by COVID/the lockdown plus Boris wanting Doctors to prescribe riding them to get fit.
I reckon these shares will be North of £2.00 before the next trading update on 8th September.

EIA last week, draw od 10.6m barrels, this week draw of 7.3m barrels. 18m barrels less in storage and althought Brent went $46 earlier one wonders why it's now $45.16. I think it will re-visit $46 tomorrow.
