I think the bid hit 2.75p early morning, then we saw same again in the last half hour. I think the RNS said news in 7 to 10 days and the RNS was only yesterday! My opinion is it will go between 2.5 and say 2.9p in the coming several days before the very good, or very bad news!! Fingers crossed! News early next week most likely.

Other oil Co's DO take stakes in other oil Co's and they can at a time like this.
Another oil Co for instance may think they are on to somw=ething and want to partner them in the future once they reveal they have x % of the shares. You need to do your homework, not me.

Boris will be getting involved here. My MP is aware of this what appears to be state sponsered ripping off of a British PLC. The Indian government lost the case and have been told by the tribunal to pay back the money they illegally took from Cairn. So they need to pay up......................

Thus it would be cheaper for the indian Govenment to negotiate to BUY Cairn. Obvious !!!!
