Last 3 or 4 days trading I was thinking we might be finally off upward. The cruise industry news seems to be pretty good, loads taking place for several weeks now. What is it........ 98% of crew and 95% of passengers need to prove they have had 2 jabs, plus they need a negative test to board!!! Prety safe place to be you would have thought. And the sp a while back was **£50 a share** I think!!!

Logically the Indian Government should do whatever it takes to setttle with Cairn and Vodafone, which may well mean paying all the interest and legal fees as per the courts decision. But logically last December the Indian Government should have followed the International Arbitration Court decision and paid up then! I think they are finally understanding that the International Arbitration system was set up so a Government who loses the decision is in DEEP DEEP trouble with international creditors and over 100 other Countires courts who are also signed up ready to ENFORCE the decision, take possession of Indian assets and sell them to pay the debt. India signed up to this!!! Not paying has increased the bill by hundreds of millions of dollars. MAD !

I see. The Indian Government is to sell their Airplane Company, Air India, the very same one they say in the USA court they do not control, and because they do not control it Cairns claim to get possession of the planes etc. and sell them off to help cover the debt in invalid!
