and those Israel potential investors wil go for it! If they do a deal with Rockhopper and finance developing the Sea Lion oil field then shares here could retirn to the 11p ish levels seen before. Worth a small punt here IMHO. Could get 5 fold or more return.

I know 80% of gas production is not hedged.
However I thought the same for oil.
Where on an RNS does it say oil is not hedged at all?
Even if it is we will get 80% at full market price of course.

Presumably now prices here are 4 fold what they normally are they will be exporting to us and Europe in a major way later this year????? I can't see the 4 fold prices holding for more that say 8 months???

PANG. I disagree. This huge rise will make most people think. Many will buy higher tog rated duvets rather than have the heating on all night. Even people who watch their penny's may prefer to get better quality thermal underwear, coatds etc.. from M&S.
It will make a difference to M&S in a positive way. How much is the unknown. Maybe a few more % on their overall profit margin? Every little helps...... err woops!
