I think you need a new broker! The only time you normally can't get an electronic quote is when the share is in auction. So 8am, and is it 10:50 am?? etc...

However....... presumably the CEO knows how the Company is performing so we will see if the sp starts to climb. Obviously the bigger players will be aware. Maybe tempted to accumulate at these levels??
