The RNS said FTSE 100 membership for Harbour effective 12th May which was today!
Of course the Co's that invest in FTSE 100 Companies don't charge in on day one but it's very likely more big investors will be getting on board over the coming weeks/months. The 4.8% drop today was disappointing to say the least.

are saying they are looking to see bigger investments in the UK from the likes of BP.. That takes time. BP. is not going to be able to say more than they have done already for at least say 3 months. You can't just flip a switch, these things take months. I doubt if a Tory Government will do a windfall tax. It would be unpopular with their MP's. It's more Labour style and they won't want that.

I hold HBR too. They got the news in the same email that they will be in the FTSE 100.
Quite why HBR are down 4.6% today is anyone's guess as gas price is up 20% at 168p a therm and Brent crude is $107. Mad World.

I just read most of Finland's gas comes from Russia and they just said they want to join NATO asap !........................
