Today, 9th December Brent crude is down to $76. On the 5th of December it was $86 ! WAKEY WAKEY !!!!
FFS why on earth does the market appear to have almost completely ignored the fact that the cost of aviation fuel is likely to drop a lot????? Up to 10%?
Also inflation. The main reason inflation shop up was the price of oil shot up. So what is going to happen then?
I find the IMHO low prices of the Airline shares incredibly frustrating!!
Also the pveral market IMHO is completely ignoring the almost inevitable in that inflation will drop a lot in the next few months.

The massive drop in the price of Brent crude, down from around $86 to $77 ($9 drop, or about 10%) due primarily to the price cap will benefit airlines, and other Plc's that use a lot of oil based fuel and of course inflation. Obvious.

of money now the price of Brent crude is under $80, so doing the complete opposite to what you might logically expect which is why the market is so unbelievaby stupid, or controlled by the media magnates?
Once the owners of the big media Co's have had a word with their editors maybe the headlines will push the sp's back up. Tomorrow?
The fact the oil price has crashed and the fact that China is relaxing it's covid rules actually should mean the travel Co's sp's should go UP.........
