I mean, send the standard blood sample to Angle. They catch the CTC's and use the Bioview microscope with AI enhancement to find out if the cancer is HER2 negative, low, or positive. This can help guide what treatment might be best. Sounds easy enough! Clearly this is what they are aiming for. Maybe in time the two machines will be installed at the various NHS labs throughout the Country. Maybe 10 Parsortix machines per lab and one Bioview? The AI will no doubt improve over time with use speeding things up. To start with the NHS could use of Angle's services side as the "main lab", although it would soon get swamped unless they increase capacity 50-fold or more. Amazing thought!

In demand .......... HER2 evaluation. Are the Breast cancer cells HER2 negative, low or positive? Need to know to guide correct cancer drug! Looks like Parsortix can catch the live intact cancer cell samples and Bioviews machine "Denovo" can do the analysis!!

Then we have the dual CTC and CtDna analysis with Ilumina on board which to me is 10 times as exciting as the HER2 analysis. Both WORDWIDE potential. £££££££££££££££ A hundred million??????? More?????????

Work but not as well. In many cases live intact CTC's are vital for analysis. If your process kills most or all, contaminates them so analysys is difficult or impossible or catches the CTC's and a shed load of white cells it is not good!!!!!!!!

FDA application for the Genedrive® MT-RNR1 will be huge news.

With 9 hospitals already accumulating data with 5 to start from next month a lot of data being collected. 24hr's a day don't forget:-

The question is whether data accumulated during use in the UK's NHS can be used for the FDA application.

Be launched in due course by the looks. Clearly looking back at the RNS's the joint work developing the dual analysis Illumina assay panels has been going on since at least July last year. 10 months ago. Illumina were the first DNA analysis Company to realise the enormous potential here. Adding the DNA analysis of circulating tumour cells (CTC's) to the standard DNA analysis of blood (so called CtDna analysis) from the same blood sample has been shown to find about double the number of biomarkers. Biomarkers can indicate whether a cancer is likely or not to respond positively to some modern cancer drugs. When Angle announce the first big client for this it will be huge. Other DNA analysis Co's risk being left behind. This is why I believe there is every possibility of Angle receiving a bid and being taken over. 50p a share plus IMHO.

Analysis.......for the moment! The Dual CTC/CtDna analysis is available now from Angle's services side as of the last several weeks. Angle are in the process of validating assay performance in preparation for "officially" launching dual analysis. They hope to launch it jointly with Illumina. Don't know if they have more Illumina assay panels developed now other than the lung cancer one. Exciting times! Dual analysis finds about twice the number of biomarkers as CtDna analysis alone. The market is asleep to this revolution that will happen soon.

1. Send the standard tube of blood to Angle Plc.

2. They use the Parsortix machine to catch and separate any circulating tumour cells for testing.

3. The blood plasma is separated to perform the CtDna test on the plasma.

4. Both samples are DNA tested separately to find what biomarkers are present.

5. Report sent to client.

Biomarkers can be targeted by some modern cancer drugs.

So, if one is found the person may be eligible for the particular targeted treatment.

Looks like only Angle Plc and Illumina will be able to offer this.
