So how does the market get to know the last share price? How does the exchange know the right sp if the buy-sell algorithms are not precise?

The hard fact is that it seems quite surprising that a signature is taking this long. The only logical reason IMO can only be that what's going on - if anything - involves much more than a 'signature.' Now, depending on where you stand on this investment, this can be either very worrying, or a storm in a tea cup
