What’s everyone’s trading strategy between now and close of play Friday and then next week when the announcement comes out, particularly if the share price heads south?

Patience, don’t forget there is a “conflicts of interest” firm of legal advisers in place to police “fair or sneaky” play under C11 process, I would assume this is robust enough to hold Mooky at arms length but also Mooky has been part of the “debtors management team” proposing the plan to lenders to date.

That certainly was a total obliteration, a 99.99% dilution

Would Mooky accept anything like that, his 275m shares now being worth the equivalent of £27,500 (that’s right folks, that’s twenty thousand five hundred), not millions or even hundreds of thousands

Hi, some of you may recognise me as a poster on the CINE board, where I am trying to get out of a 65% loss - I don’t intend to post anywhere near as much as I do on the Cine board, a question for all of you trading - are you finding it sufficiently easy to trade when you wan and get volume when you need it, I use the Hargreaves Lansdown site to trade, any others use that?

I only asked the Q on here as there are some looney bin rampers over on the ARB BB and my chances of getting a semi intelligent answer is close to zero.

I have just one further Q, if their mining facilities need such mega power to mine them, including cooling systems, who provides the “mathematical brains” for their mining machines to mine crypto through very complex algorithms. I don’t think this is ARBs own mathematical boffins, which would be an IP if it was, and with having thousands of these machines, I guess they have to buy this service in (or it comes programmed in the machines they buy)?

What are your arguments for not investing in Argo now, the transaction they just completed made them debt free I believe, was non dilutive, no one can really muscle in and take their Texas facility off their hands (as only they know how to operate it)

Shares were a quid a year ago, reopened at 7.5p day after announcing transaction (having asked for their shares to be suspended pending reopening day before) 11.75p now, were 17p on Thursday but fairly short term 20-25p does not sound unreasonable

What does anyone see wrong with this business?

It’s easy to forget folks, when the pandemic was over Cineworld shares spiked up hugely before the fall, there was even £200m incentive bonus on the table for Mooky if the share price hit £3.80 …

Guess my Q when expressed another way is the share price may spike as there is a viable business there or may drop on the dilutive impact, views on that?

But Cine has almost “no saleable assets” (intangibles and fixed assets would be worthless) and only future revenue streams, from an asset (theatre) they do not own. And the UK is part of C11, only ROW outside it.

Does that make any difference to your theories on prices when the dilutive effect is announced or people start to get their head round it?

Retail, what would your view be, do you see (very) significant dilution already priced in at 3p, so when the announcement comes you would not expect to go lower?

Retail, is it January 9, January 16 or some other date we can expect to see the plan either via an RNS or Kroll document, I couldn’t work out from the presentation slide which date it becomes a public document

Wolff, C7 gives the creditors spare popcorn and empty cappuccino mugs as recovery value, with C11 at least the debtors can bully the creditors into something

Just listened to the last third of the audio from this weeks status meeting, it quite hard to hear clearly, two things stood out in that final third (I) a cry boy from National Cine Media saying he would come out all guns blazing if they amend their contract (you could hear the judge couldn’t care less) and (II) it is the debtors pejorative to submit the plan they want, the creditors / lenders don’t have to agree, ideal if there is consensus but not a requirement

Let’s hope Mooky is classed as a debtor in this context!

Retail, it also says on slide 11 that the debtors management team (ie Mooky) held two discussions with the lenders in December on the business plan and restructuring proposal. Given Mookys 20% what do you think he advocated at that meeting, turkeys voting for Xmas and all that with his shareholding, I would find that difficult to see myself…
