Respectful email has now been sent to company with the below key Qs (slightly amended) for their advance consideration:
AJP/Smart/Wacca - please proceed to post your 2-3 Qs each on Meet Company web site as tagged in prior comms on this channel - thank you very much
SHAREHOLDER QUESTIONS - investor call 31 March:
1. Development of SAPs - following prior company notifications re: SAP market applications for ITX polymers, please provide updated guidance and perspectives on progress of SAP ingredient market access, any key industry collaborations and timing of possible launches. Have ITX reached comparable performance levels for water absorption characteristics and is it aware of any major market launch obstacles?
2. IP - regarding SAP ingredients, does the company have any specific additional key IP (patented or formulation tradesecrets) or In-Process IP that it deems critical for commercial success?
3. US Tariffs - please provide additional clarity on the likely impact of China import tariffs on the Company related to; (a) medium term trading headwinds and 2025/26F expectations - revenue growth and profit breakeven; (b) mitigation of said tariffs via supply chain sourcing elsewhere, and; (c) exemption for US manufacturers or alternative balancing tax advantages?
4. Profit Transition - when does the company currently expect the first full quarter of EBITDA level profitability?
5. SPARX – Please provide an update in regards to SPARX progress; "The program has a goal of having brands release at least ten new products generated from these collaborative efforts by the end of 2025"?
6. Manufacturing - are ITX now running two production lines, one where we are producing our standard ingredients used for formulation by the likes of Unilever, Henkel etc and one where we are producing dishwasher/Laundry Tablets/pods for smaller (SPARX) brands?
7. HR - are there issues accessing good applicants for the positions being advertised as some positions have had a requirement for quite a while?
8. Sales/BD Model - what percentage of new business is generated by internal sales team and what percent is generated through distributors or other agents. Is the company satisfied by current sales activity and its BD strategies?
9. Company Newsflows Cadence - behind the scenes, ITX appear to be delivering well on its new high growth - higher margin strategic model (e.g. growing revenue base significantly in excess of market). How is the Board planning to enhance shareholder communications (and cadence) to drive the ITX market message and to return the share price to where it should be, inject confidence back into the existing shareholder base and importantly attract new investors?
10. Capex – please elaborate on direction this year and what is driving high broker advised guidance – for uses?
