They repeat the same errors as they did with ORPH. They can't even grasp the basics, this being POLB does not take anything through to phase III, they pass the baton on to big pharma.

The other issue with MF, is there freelance writers are asked to write about 3-4 companies in each editorial, with c 200 words each. I know because I was asked by Tom Blake if I would be interested in contributing to MF. I declined because their writers are nothing more than clickbait fodder. There is no way I am writing fluff pieces for clickbait.

MF was once a great resource for investors. Sadly, they backed away from the UK to focus on the US market. They have adopted a clickbait policy now aimed at reeling in subscriptions with poorly research editorials.

It is distasteful, but it is the MM role to pick retail investors off for larger clients. Unfortunately, as we have seen with some comments today, some retail PI's make it easy for the MM's. I've been around the block a few times, so I have seen these tricks play out all too often. It is knowing when to sit on your hands and not allow the trigger finger to dictate your next move when the wise move is to do nothing.

If you look through the trading pattern over the recent days, weeks, you will see a pattern suggesting a walk down and a march back up. A MM will sell blocks to entice the retail to lock in a profit or act on an SL. This allows the MM to pick up more stock for themselves of a client(s). You then see the march back up as the older, wiser heads take advantage of green investors. It sounds harsh, but this is the reality.

I am sure some investors thought they could get back in in the low 60s. So why not it has been there before? This time is different because of the commercial milestones. So if an entity wants to offload a few SBTX shares...big deal, SP Angle dumped the last loss, took c2-3 weeks to recover to new highs thereafter. Is it so hard to wait for a recovery?

I think there will be an element of lemming-like behaviour on the back of the conspiracy, which TW admits he has no evidence, just his opinion. But, unfortunately, some peeps will ignore that obvious caveat, as well as ignore the lockin period has not yet expired.

I hope those that sold on the conspiracy have merely banked some profits and not been scared out of their investment and now look at an entry-level to get back in.

Don't be silly. OPTI is placed in bulk, they don't drip the market. Don't allow TW's conspiracy to get into your head. Think for yourself.

Would TW's conspiracy be the same had SA chosen his platform to promote the company? To argue the IM presentation was pointless is pathetic given the company is entering a key period of its commercial strategy. TW is whining because he wasn't offered the same for which he would have charged his paid subscribers a second charge for the video. Moreover, TW know very well SOH usually places SBTX sell into safe hands; only once has this not been the case; this being when SP Angle lied to him and dumped them onto the MM, which I suspect was Winterfloods.

From my POV, if OPTI needs funding for a large production like H&B or Optipharm again, it must be raised via OPTI own shares. Selling more SBTX would be criminal at this stage; almost 50% of the original 42% has already been sold. To do so again would undermine OPTI market value and throw away a great opportunity to reward OPTI investors with a nice dividend.

Sadly, there is evidence lemmings agree with his conspiracy.

Income investors buy shares doe the dividend all the time. Of course, ORPH dividends are in-specie, but they have potentially more value than a traditional income dividend. The confusion here seems to be the thinking by some people the non-core spinouts are dilutive to ORPH. Even Finncap don't appear to agree with this if we use their sum-of-parts evaluation.

It is investor sentiment that has created the illusion of dilution. I accept this is not your point, I am merely making an observation and sharing my opinion, which some people will not agree with. However, I will point to the fact POLB IPO has already demonstrated the sum-of-parts valuation has proven part of my case.

I have published this on a few occasions. Perhaps you mean 56 days is the point at which visual improvements are seen? The earliest indicator is the reduced itching, and redness, a cooling of the skin, the visual improvements come c3 weeks later, subject to the gut-flora.

If you have a complaint, then complain to their PR team. You seem to forget that the company operates on a shoestring budget with a handful of staff and not the IR department. So what are you going to complain about next? A broker report sent to their clients and not widely distributed? Think about the folly of your case.

You claim the company does not engage with its entire shareholder base. Seriously, is this your motive for complaining? The company uses a variety of platforms, including Proactive, IMC (next), SP and me. The former charge considerable fees, and for what? What most investors class as softball questions that offer no insight long term investors have already gleaned through me and SP, both of which offer more proactive service, but for a fee because advertisements do not for the lights.

You are not sincere with your motive/complaint. If you were honest, you would admit you do not want to pay for service behind a paywall, even one that costs less than a family meal delivered by Deliveroo.

Have you ever considered for a moment how many investors kept the faith in during extended periods without news due to the long hours I have put in to keep my readers informed? I have quite a few PMs thanking me for my efforts; some suggest they were almost tempted to sell, or bank half, etc. Some of these investors are seriously wealthy. As arrogant as it may appear, the SP probably would be much lower without my efforts and SA generosity or his time.

Do you make the same complaint about any other company you are invested in? If so, please tell and allow me and others to investigate. I guess you are attempting to stifle newsflow through me because you do not want to pay for it. It is shortsighted, foolish, and I stand by my feeling you are vindictive.

Do you complain to the SNG management when they do interviews in the USA, or behind news outlets that also have a paywall or subscription service? I know I have clicked on URLs that have taken me to a paywall. I can tell you I didn't fire off an email complaining.

I have a figure of £250 million-plus pa for Matrixl sales, but I neglected to make a note of my source. It is likely from SA as a credible source. I would not have made a note unless it was from a credible source.

Croda acquired Sederma in 1995 for $65m to get their hands on Matrixl. I share your concerns over Croda buying SkinBiotix. However, I am very confident the team know its worth, and therefore would not be a seller without a significant premium. The only other option would be to acquire the 21% from OPTI and stake build for a hostile. Even so, I feel we are years away from that concern. I am sure will be be at multiples of where the SP today as well, on the lysate alone.

As a shareholder through the in-specie and market, I also had an interest in the presentation. I did send feedback to the company about it being rushed. TBF to Jeremy, who is usually more measure, I think the 20 min pitch was not enough for what he wanted to say. and allow time for Q&A which I think could have been better. I am sure better questions were asked but did not get asked. For me, the Q&A is can be more important than the pitch, especially if it has been seen before.

Ref the $250 bn market size. I requested the data to back this up a couple of weeks back. I provided them, which clarified the sum of parts. The figure covers a range of treatments, studies, and associated works. This is why it is unlikely the $250 bn figure for the infectious disease market will be found in that narrow context. JS agrees because he has the same data.
