My experience of H&B is they are incompetent. I wish I could say more, but I dare not. The one thing I will say, I have stopped buying their SlimBiome shots because so many are wasted unless I put them through a grinder. They have an issue with the seal or production because far too many go solid. It has nothing to do with the best before either.

I hope some of you can make it to Gosport next Wednesday for the POLB, ORPH, OPTI and INSG presentations. I'll treat you all to a meal, platter. We can all have a good whine and put the BOD in their place. :)

It is not the impression I get from reading the forums. SA has been consistent with the message, so there was no logic in the expecting numbers. SA clearly stated there needs to be evidence of subscriptions building. A shipment is not a true reflection; if anything, it could be profoundly misleading on the up or downside. Had a 10k figure been in the RNS, the natural follow-up is how long these last before another shipment, or worse. The detractor would be suggesting that it is a year supply to save on logistic costs.

There are no numbers, and the order being put through now are pre-release orders.

Speculation of registrations is futile, as the order numbers filtering through. Let us just allow the company to get on with the launch.

IMHO the flack about remuneration from some people is unreasonable and demonstrates a lack of education on the subject. The report provided suggest ORPH and indeed POLB directors deserve a substantial pay increase.

Point 1, fair comment if you are selective over the timeline. The small team delivered outstanding SP growth in a short period. Yes, the SP has capitulated for several reasons; some of them lay at the feet of the board for promising material events outside of their control. But, as I have said before, ORPH is a small cog in a much bigger 18-wheeler. They don't control third-party signatures, and they don't control the UK government. This speaks to your other point related to cash generation, which can be lumpy, so the FY needs to be considered, not a few months.

I find your comments about salaries and BOD rewards remarkable. Salaries capped and not sneaky backdoor options. Compare this to the level of abuse from PLC remunerations is widespread. Some PLCs even raise funds to keep the lights on, pay much fatter salaries than ORPH, and do not provide a service or create shareholder value.

Another point, many of the ORPH BOD could find other appointments with far higher salaries; therefore, a reward from spinouts from non-core assets is the least they should expect, after all, they are creating valuable assets, so, 5% share seems reasonable. For example, when SBTX was spun out from OPTI, two directors were rewarded with double-digit holdings. It is right for BOD to be rewarded for creating shareholder value; otherwise, what incentive is there?

As for the value, POLB is an example.

The credibility case is laughable. The work the team are doing around the world with big pharma and governments is credible enough. They may not meet your standards, but you are not paying the bills.

I have always believed it is best to have an honest dialogue from both sides of the aisle. I step away when the bullying becomes a strategic response because this is the point all hope of a sensible grown-up discussion is lost. It ruins the board for everyone else unless observes like car crashes.

Straight in with an insult with your opening sentence. I offered an opinion I still hold today, a whole four weeks ago. As far as I could tell, I was having a sensible exchange with another investor, when you jumped in.

I believe CF has provided plenty of clues that will, in due course, prove I am correct. Moreover, CF has a history of restructuring and M&A. See Amryt, formerly Fastnet Oil & Gas. CF and JS regularly discuss the value of sector related companies, and on occasions, M&A activity. I believe ORPH will prove to be more attractive to big pharma without the baggage of DIM, Imutex, Prep, etc. CF is also on record, stating everything has a price.

I offered an honest opinion, not dressed up as facts.

For someone that "claims" to be on the board of "experienced businessmen and retired listed company directors" but offers no supporting evidence; therefore, one can only assume you are overegging your self worth, lying, or some other reason I am not worthy of comprehending. Answer: The clue is in the sentence. You either believe me, or you don't; either way, I don't mind. However, let me be clear...I suggested the idea, CF agreed. I did not mean he was adopting my opinion/strategy and decided to adopt it. I am sure he had the same thought, or I would hope he had given his experience. I hope this clarifies this item for you.

And no I will not claim the credit if, as I hope, CF does adopt a 20% retention of DIM. I bet you would though. :-)

As we know from history, business strategy evolves and changes. All things being equal, CF has said future spinouts will not need to raise funds as POLB did, therefore more of the value shared with investors. However, the last time I spoke to CF, he agreed that keeping c20% of DIM on the ORPH books was a strategy worth value for future dividends to ORPH investors.

I am sure he also suggested, or should say, agreed with my hypothesis DIM could be worth equal to or 1.5 x POLB at IPO. POLB has already made a mockery of the sum-of-parts valuation, which I am sure DIM will repeat. However, CF was not committing to a value because the market would decide nearer the time. CF also said none of the big tech mentioned had walked away but would not comment further.

I understand CF has overpromised on specific projects, like the spinout timing or transformational news - very disappointing, but we are not privy to the strings being pulled. We need to accept that ORPH is not in control of sign-off in many cases, and perhaps CF allows his excitement to rule business sense.

A falling SP is uncomfortable, a rising SP offer comfort, the former can encourage emotional outbursts that can become self-fulfilling.
