I agree with Add's 4 points outlining the current state of the company. My fear is that even with NAL's rumour of a deal, which he conveniently forgot, which made him a happy clapper, Scott needs to do better before the money runs out. If he cannot say something to help the SP, he should keep quiet because every time he mentions the rocks, stating that he is a shareholder, the SP tanks.

I have seen some brass neck posters since I start reading BB and NAL is the clear rosette wearer. It's really hard for me to believe that someone would hire NAL to be a doom monger given his challenges with the English language. Then again, anything is possible. After listening to Scott this weekend, he doesn't sound like a man who is expecting to ink a deal by March 2024. I wished he would go and seek buyers instead of waiting to be approached. Then there is Willem's comments about the Saudis wanting to be big in mining and that an explorer in the "anders" is their target. I suppose Anders is Dutch for Andes? Perhaps we should take a page from the Dutch and put Scott into a dress and get him to show more leg:)

The take up of EVs will be constricted by grid capacity. The UK government has only been paying lip service to the green revolution. As per Warren Irwin, western governments have allowed green peace to stop them from investing in nuclear which is the only true green energy alternative which can support base load. That decision allowed nuclear research to fall behind while emissions levels increased. EV range is significantly reduced by cold weather and will be until battery technology has improved. For me, increasing grid capacity and rolling out charging infrastructure are the top priorities.

Cattleman has always been a decent poster even when he has a different opinion. I recall Fulmar savaging him when he asked difficult questions. Hi Bozi, I have listened to Warren's videos and I note where he paid tribute to the old miner Dale Hendrickson if I recall correctly. At the time Warren was a rookie. As a rookie, he could have ignored Dale and pursued his own conviction. That tells me a lot about his character. Therefore, he deserves acknowledgement for coming out on the winning side of the Bre-X scandal. I was in Calgary at the time when all people were talking about was Bre-x. I wasn't into shares then so I didn't invest. Actually, I think Warren would make a better CEO of solg than Scott. Warren understands money. I not sure that Scott does. I remain to be convinced otherwise.

Come on Fulmar, I note that in your diatribe you failed to address the 60k available cash. How can you be comfortable with that given that there is no execution date for the jv? If you are being honesty, you would admit that it is concerning.

If we are going to around being still for sale in 2025, then I would prefer another leader. Scott isn't impressing me. If he has his mind set on 2025 I can see why he isn't in a hurry to sell the company. Plus, if he hopes to build bridges with BHP & Newcrest, why does he keep banging on about them voting against him? That's not the language of reconciliation.

If you didn't have the good sense to sell when the SP reached 8.90, then you truly deserve what's coming. Knowing Arc's SP annual pattern of peaking in the summer, you would have to be a fool to be still holding Arc without even top slicing.

I am really not happy with Scott's relaxed attitude towards the falling SP. Surely he must have realised that denying the Saudis interest in solg would negatively impact the SP all he had to say was no comment, and the SP would be on fire on Monday. I almost feel sorry for Fulmar. Imagine ramping Arc for that 6 years, attacking posters in the name of defending his investment, kissing up to KevB, telling all of his family to buy arc shares, all to no avail. Well Add, if the current SP is a demonstration of Scott's caring for the SP, I would hate to see what happens if he does stop caring. He has deep pockets and can carry on buying continuously. Not everyone can. I think folks who used leverage to buy solg SP might not share your optimistic appraisal of Scott. I didn't use leverage. I accept what you said about corporate stability, but I would not use SP future performance as justification to keep Scott. Not long to go to AGM.
