Has a date for the results been RNSed (I can't find anything)? They were out this time last year and notified well in advance.

I thought it intetesting. Maybe it's some folk desperate enough to get hold of GLR shares that they're willing to pay the trading costs to puchasr a pounds worth......

I see there has been a 100 share trade and a 200 share trade today.

Thanks again. I forget Covid-19 could be having significant impacts here. I appreciate the responses and having followed this board for about 6 months also appreciate the level of knowledge and expertise on this board. I am very much a realist but this share looks so good at the moment I'm in danger of turning into an optimist!

The more I read around this the more interesting it is. I know pretty much nothing about this (certainly not enough to question the BOD of a company who have managed to acquire such a promising asset which has just become more promising) just trying to understand the process. Do you think the "boots on ground sampling" will be done prior to the final survey results being RNSed? I'm guessing the soil sampling and analysis is a relatively quick process depending on the size of area and number of samples they want?

I have pretty much zero knowledge of geology but I skimmed over some of the sandfire documents and found them fascinating.
The initial RNS that announced the start of the GLR EM survey mentioned soil sampling. The interim update didn't mention soil sampling. Is soil sampling a seperate stage, assumed to be included in the survey data or seen as not required? I rightly or wrong have picked up an impression that the survey results are to identify some drilling targets ( That will be cheap!!!).

Still not able to get a quote. Sandfire SP did well again will we outdo them once more?

Could be as GraphicBoy says and a big buy being filled. Someone either buying on the Sandfire news or the kmowledge that news is imminent. I'm thinking news tomorrow as Colin probably wants to overdeliver on news. That will make my top up a difficult decision...

Are we going to get some news in the morning? Or is this purely the fact that we're waiting on news and Sandfire news was so good?

Have been trying for a while and can't get quote so I'm going to abandon it for today and see what the SP is like tomorrow. Good that it's on the up! I'm not surprised considering the report from Sandfire A4 (and the hope that we have something equally mammoth) that Oiltap posted yesterday!

Is there something odd going on with these shares? I had a limit order on from yesterday to add a small amount. I decided it wasn't going to get filled so I cancelled it. I tried to do a market order but can't get a quote?

Yes, definitely on their radar with that job advertised. It's probably been a balancing act to figure when to go for it. In the early stages of development they probably didn't want to end up stopping innovatin with cumbersome processes and probably couldn't justify the resource to get the processes in place. Hopefully they'll get someone with good experience to put the necessary processes in place and get the workforce to buy in without ending up strangling themselves.

It seems that the novacyt test doesn't meet the above. I assume this has been assessed as a point of care test rather than a lab test.

BUT - I want them to start digging tomorow!

I had read the earlier posts on Glenover and had gone off for a dig to see what I could find to assist my Glenover understanding. I came across the info and thought I would post it as it gives a very slightly different view of timing.

I've only been invested for a few months so if things happen within the next six months I can't complain - particularly if the SP reacts as expected!

Oops! Good to see a joined up approach to the pandemic!

In Sept Yourgene were obviously doing individual covid fit to fly tests as someone on tripadviser posted that they were booked in with them. Under PCR fit to fly tests on their website it now states they are only available through partners. Under general covid testing they do seem to do corporate testing directly.

This change to "fit to fly testing" may be due to the overhead involved in processing tests for individuals or it could be for other reasons.....

Reading between the lines (as everyone has agreed is a desirable skill for this share) then we still need to get the processes in place before we can ealistically appy for accreditaion. Having worked in a highly regulated industry for 25 years (not medical) then I suspect they would need some processes drafted (not perfect) and an application "in the post" to show willing. I am afraid the statement "results are in concordance with an international external quality assessment panel'' by my reading is too woolly to be given much credence. If this really is claiming independant validation then it should state it in language that is clear and unambiguous. I agree that there is some degree of me being pedantic here but either we should be shouting it from the rooftops or if this is another thing that is hindering us from winning contracts it should be sorted - if at all cost effective to do so.
