Previously ODX said they didn't know what test they would be manufacturing. However, yesterday they tweeted that they need confirmation of the test which is more in line with the contract.
One thing I am a bit unclear about - are selected LFTs supposed to be suitable for home use? The report issued last week on professional use scored visitect 57 for ease of use which I thought quite low.

I wonder if the 'technical hiccups' have made them reluctant to post the recording.

18% margin is used to calculate charges. Phase 1 is used to agree costs that feed into the charge. There are then reviews on the charges that take place throughout the contract.
'During Phase 1, the Authority and the Supplier shall agree in writing the Estimated Outputs and the Estimated Costs to calculate the Charges which then form part of this Contract using the template Cost Model in Annex 1 and the corresponding deduction per test from invoices submitted by the Supplier in accordance with paragraph 4.5 for repayment to the Authority of the Funds. The Charges shall be fixed until such time as the financial review takes place in accordance with paragraph 4.8 below subject to the Authority’s right to review the Charges if the Supplier fails to comply with paragraph 4.7.

Reading Khoemacau resource page they quote metres of drilling completed on some of their resources.

Eazy - there was no reason for them not to post an RNS on Friday PM if they felt comment was required. If the directors sold on Friday then they better issue the directors with options at twice Friday's closing price that the directors are obliged to exercise next week!!!

The correct way to communicate any potentially cost sensitive info is via RNS. I am annoyed at the fact that this is likely to drop on Monday but I am MORE annoyed that ODX now seem unprofessional and are tweeting info that influences the SP.

Costs are defined in schedule 1 so I assume from that the 18% margin is on top of 'all' costs.
The 18% margin is for phase 2 but data from phase 1 used to calculate and agree the charge.

I suspect that the margin was accidently left in the contract but both Omega and GAD have the same margin.

I read it that phase 1 is used to calculated the costs which are then used to calculate the charge for phase 2 assuming an 18% profit margin. There could, I suppose, be something unusual in the blanked out cost model .

That contract gives the margin which is all that is required assuming full contract value and someone who can calculate margin. :-)

Fair point - I think my assumption of the margin was incorrect. Assuming we get the full contract we know the profit. I think test numbers would only be used to see what capacity there was for other products.

Under section 4. calculation of charges
4.4.3 Margin in relation to order will be 18% before deduction of the funds.

GAD also have 18%.

With all the preproduction manufavturing and checks specified I don't know how ODX can say they will manufacture the chosen test and they don't know which thatbwill be. It reads like they had to get approval for the test through preproduction.

It seems to suggest some info has been redacted. Does that mean its being hidden from public view until ODX issue an RNS?
