Should have stated a discrepancy of approx 27m shares. Does this mean there were nearly 27m warrants issued between 24th March and 9th Apr when the Casa update included an update on total shares in issue.

The number of shares in issue (from ARC website) appear to be about 37m more than after the placing. I would have guessed this is due to the purchase from Kapore completing but I don't think it adds up to the purchase price. Kapore shares were up 15% which is why I went looking.

It will be interesting to see if the placing shares are issued on Monday prior to either an AGM or EGM.

Kully, I agree that the change of target is odd. There have been no licence changes with Zaco which holds Fwiji. If AA were only interested in Fwiji why the licence changes for Zamsort? I don't have an answer. Perhaps they need more work to identify drilm targets on Muswema. I didn't kusten to the call but from what folk have said about xost efficient drillers I wonder if it is Anglo.

The LSE financial diary also has it on the 12th May. The annual report hasn't been issued so I don't think an AGM can be held. There was mention of a GM in the placing RNS.

In your CC summary they are planning to drill fwiji and then Cheyeza.
In the Feb call at 14:10 Vassilios talks about a 12km structure between Muswema and Lumbeta which they know carries sulphide mineralisation and I thought both Feb CC and previous RNS suggested that they planned to drill this. Did they mention drilling Muswema?

This is what has happened as I see it (all please correct any errors).
No change to Zaco licences (Fwiji, Chihidi and part of Kazozu and West Lunga Targets).
Zamsort LEL split between Zamsort and Afrimin
Afrimin LEL approved
Zamsort LEL approved and then moved to Handa Resources.
Kalaba licences remain with Zamsort.
Handa resources has most of Cheyeza, all of Muswema and most if not all of Lumbeta.
Afrimin has Jatuma and part of Cheyeza.

In addition there are quite a few recently approved LELs in the area, 4 of which African Pioneer (Tiger Royalties) are purchasing 80% of. African Pioneer are an investment company not an exploration/mining company so I think these licences have been bought with a customer in mind.

I'd prefer a nice RNS.

Thanks F79, so either the 3-4 rigs mentioned in the Feb call wasn't accounted for in the 'fully funded to end 2022' statement in the Feb call or the placing hasn't really been justified. I realise it's not huge but it has annoyed me.

I wasn't able to attend the call but deeper drilling (didn't mention actual depths)and having 3-4 drill rigs was mentioned in the investor call in Feb ( about 14:50) are we talking more than 3-4 rigs?

Wouldn't it be a great concidence if XTR were able to announce some good assay results and CB was able to do an interview for Bushranger assay results followed by an interview for GLR commencing drilling in the KCB.

Was there mention of further drilling at Kalaba required to support the scoping study? (I din't fancy listening to it again). Drilling Kalaba wasn't mentioned in the placing RNS. Kalaba licence is now owned by a seperate company to the rest of the licence areas and I don't think this has happened by accident.

I think XTR did between 60-80m a day (full 24 hours). Not sure what type of drill GLR will be used. So which licence will they tackle first?

I am invested here. The ease of use score of 57 out of 100 doesn't appear very high. Anyone know how this compares to other tests and what the likely impact on the target market will be?

I disagree that the time when hole 2 finished is irrelevant. From 6th April RNS
'Logging and core sampling work is continuing and laboratory assay results for the second hole of the programme (BRDD-21-002) are expected shortly, with results for the remaining completed holes to follow in batches. The Company will report on the assay results as they are received and collated.'

However, as I posted yesterday Impact Minerals announcement on 13th April does state there are excessive delays in many assay labs in NSW.
