I think Utah will be first to go commercial, possibly in about 2 months, depending on samples arrival. I've every confidence in this. MSC will take about a year. As Morocco is shrouded in non disclosures then I can't judge it. Once we are at that point then I believe that commercial deals will be far easier to come by. With the prospect of little further dilution, unless its to finance big projects then I've not seen the future so bright

You seem to have a fixation on opposition to a visitor's centre. The strategic benefit, is increased job creation. The more jobs that are created then the more favourable the planning authorities <<< plural, will look on the application for an exploitation licence. Planning permission will be needed from both the local authority and the snowdonia national park.

The voxmarket Q&A session mentioned the various stages that need to be gone through to reopen the mine. The environmental impact statement will be a key stage. This is why I've mentioned in previous posts that the pending permission to discharge minewater (treated in stilling tanks to remove sediment) is quite a critical node on this project and for me (if not perhaps the market) it represents a significant de-risking. I appreciate that most would prefer to see a gold ingot stamped "Clogau St David's 2022" slammed on the table by a silent GF as a video release, but the real work and obstacles that are to be overcome, are in the timescales leading up to that.

@Blue-Horseshoe ... I've long held the belief that Llechfraith lower levels and below it contain some of the better prospects within Clogau St David's as
1. there was reportedly visible gold at those levels
2. the need to maintain a dewatering regime would have made exploiting those levels and below less attractive to the past miners where relatively easier to exploit reserves were available in free draining areas. So the area of lode below Llechfraith's lowest level is unworked though the mechanism that deposited the quartz vein and its gold would have had to pass through those unworked areas. So it is likely that they are also mineralised. Think about how the gold and quartz got there in the first place

In fact ALBA are permitted to sell gold found during the exploration and development phase of Clogau St Davids and Gwynfynydd. The royalties payable are 4%.

That is of course a rather unusual, but beneficial arrangement

The business model of most mineral exploration companies is to take an unproven mineral resource, explore it to a standard that its probability of success as a workable mine is proven and then pass it on to others to extract the resource.

So the value adding on the whole is not from the sale of ore but the appreciation of value of a mineral asset

As far as I can see, the road to commercialisation is clear. Initially Utah, I'm confident that the process will be successfully demonstrated. The delay in sample receipt is a little frustrating, however that frustration should be tempered with patience as the Greenfield team are making important adjustments that should yield ongoing reliability and efficiency.

In about a year's time I'd expect MSC to have successfully completed LONO trials

The company is in such a better position than 4-5 months ago

Amitsoq is south tip of Greenland, sea ice free same latitude as Cape wrath

Its customary to value totally unproven assets as their acquisition cost and exploration cost to date. That's not to say I don't think it has any value, its more of an opinion on how it contributes to the share price. Clearly there is a disconnect between sp and fundamental value as evidenced by the sp drop on the day we announced the acquisition of exploration rights to Gwynfynydd. Following that logic the market judged that you can't give away gold mines.
