I had asked for budgets for each activity prior to the **********. The reason I asked for this information was to determine how far funds would go and to make a quantifiable estimate on the need for and timing of the next placing. The question was unanswered. I suppose I shall have to save up questions which I can further examine the BOD on for "normal" shareholders meetings.

I've no doubt in the integrity and efficiency of the BOD. Its not unreasonable to have proposed budgets as future placings to attain progress milestones as it is key to valuing the share. I still maintain this is very undervalued but perhaps placing fear is having a disproportionately negative effect on the SP .... which is a vicious circle as it makes placings more expensive in terms of numbers of shares per pound.

It's inconceivable that the 36t haven't been processed. The caveat is, time needed to interpret the results

I wouldn't mind Ms Henson clients involvement, in fact I welcome their investment. What I object to is the exclusion of existing shareholders from discounted placings. The argument that that is cumbersome and prone to be under subscribed is overstated. The recent QFI placing is an example of a fair successful placing on aim of a pre revenue company, now fully funded to breakeven

The problem is with the low sp, is that for a company that raises finance through placings then the sp correlates to the cost to existing shareholders of such placings.

I have a nagging suspicion that news is being 'saved up' prior to preferential placings, closed to all but introducees of Ms Henson.

The convertibles were technically a debt, but in practice repaid by shares (newly issued). There is no long term debt, probably only short term credit as is usually granted by suppliers

Really I'd expect a pretty much live feed from the pilot plant moving forward as surface trenching bulk samples are analysed... Llechfraith, Gwynfynydd etc

can you see any good reason why you wouldn't as a mine owner want to know the gold content of your first bulk sample at the earliest opportunity as opposed to dragging it out for months ?

Delaying results casts doubt into pis new and old alike. More worrying is "managing" news, that causes me more concern than poor results.

Utah is right on my radar . Why would you have written it off ? MSAR is a game changer for Greenfield. Their silence has been a source of concern, however, as I understand Tomco stated they would report to shareholders by the end of this quarter. They'd be unwise not to honour that as it would probably cause a significant drop in sentiment.

Its not the receipts from the exercise of the warrants that is the problem. If you consider the exercise price and expiry date of warrants as being in some way a guide on the company's broad vision of their lower expectation of future share price, then it does not bode well that warrants expire out of the money.

No companies are not obliged to divulge positive information as soon as they have it, however, if it can be demonstrated that positive information leaked then there are big fines. They are however obliged to report negative information with only short delays.
