Long term holders7 Feb 2024 08:32
Many long term holders will have bought in the pennys, some under a penny, I bought in tranches from .3 right down to the ,8s, my point being that many LTH will want to see a return on their investment waiting so long and so those thinking the MM's are getting the shares sub .3 are mental, why? because the company is worth far more fore a start.
140 million to offset against profits in tax
Proven mechanism of getting oil, gas and condensate out of the well
Director with a proven track record of getting immense share holder value
Reserves under existing licences
Potential cash coming from a blue chip via the JV for exploration and production costs, some mentioned 10 million but id be over the moon at a couple of million
Wells being drilled in the first 12 months at no cost to Synergia, potentially worth 20 - 40 million plus, add that to the Mcap and see where you are already without the reserves, cash, let alone the potential value in carbon capture storage contracts that SYN have secure with the UK and now hopefully with India.
Once we have 30 wells on line all producing, 1.54p - Panmure Gordons rating for Synergia will look cheap as chips.
Im holding, not sold one share, trading this on such an upward climb to an RNS which details "An ambitious field development program by a blue chip major energy supplier" would be far too risky, i'd rather been in and enjoying the ride.
