Short Shrift "PG produced it for their own clients and Synergia didn’t pay them to make it available to retail" I have contacted my broker and they have no idea how they are supposed to obtain this from Panmure Gordon. How has this not been thought through by PG prior to release? Unprofessional.

All these buys showing up as sells, makes you wonder how much has been purchased over the last couple of days.

Cant even buy for £200 at the moment.

Whilst the dilution is the same as a share percentage, no added value has been given to the share price itself based on the news that we now have a letter of intent just waiting to be signed.

Hold on a little... Might get closure to .8p which is now a solid floor level for your investment.

Don't think anyone would consider selling at these levels and not with JV to be completed within 3 months.

Zag... We have reached an agreement in principle with a letter of intent. The Farminee is to carry Synergia for the full cost of the agreed work programme, to be completed within 12 months from the date of the GoI approval.

The only thing sad is that your currently out.. Roland has managed to get a deal, 23% dilution is nothing when compared to saving this company with a deal like that.

Zag, when you question matters as you did in your last question, I don't find it bad at all, it's not negative, but a reality check for everyone and a balanced discussion is welcome, I disagree with those that state its going "stits up"...

None of us know the right time to buy in, I know I have lots 15% not buying in at 0.9 recently with the small amount I have left to top up but am likewise pleased that what I have in has increased in value all beit that I have yet to get back in the black. Can only hope that this JV will happen very soon.

When someone in authority states its coming, and only those with no authority ask where it is, who are we to believe?

When Roland has explicitly stated that the JV is not dependant on flow rates.

When Roland has clearly made no attempt at ordering a rig

When Roland has clearly stated that he expects a joint venture to be completed in the very near future.

When a placing has not been announced ahead of money supposedly running out.

I can only assume the JV will be done this week following yesterdays rise.

Considering the India, government and the DGH, put pressure on Synergia energy to open the suns 1 to 4, you would have thought they would be putting pressure on this JV to come to a close what with ever increasing gas prices, surely we must be getting close now, no sign of the work over rig, no sign as yet of a placing yet, no update on flu rates and water removal.

Carrot…Face it, nothing happening here before Christmas, but I’ve set a buy order for 0.7 as I think bum holes will be twitching in a couple of days.

Whilst I am sat here, banging my head against the wall looking at the share price, I have to believe that the reason why the JV has not been signed yet it’s because Roland is holding out for us shareholders.

to read the well in terms of how much they can increase the flow rates on the jet pump without damaging the well.

There is a lot to be thankful for here, they have connected to gas which continues to flow, the jet pump is working well against any acetone liquids that would have destroyed standard pumps, water is reducing to the point we may not have to plug zone 1-4.

Surely the Blue Chip have what they need to sign up now?

Well…. 15bopd down from 60bopd with a column of 400 meters left sounds like we could remove the water and potentially focus the jet pump on gas and condensate from zones 5 & 6, hopefully he can further increase the flow rate then, it’s not like he needs to worry about zones 1-4 once emptied.

I personally think that Roland is not in the slightest bit worried about zones 1-4 at the moment and this is an RNS that as per previous tweets implies that the JV is the next step.

Again… personally for me this removes the threat of an immediate placing for a rig, I think he’s bought us the time we need to get the JV over the line.

We are all hoping for this JV to be done but it has to be at the right price, presumably the JV partner is working an angle, knowing that funds may be limited, but if they’re angle is to get a reduced price then I would be happy for Roland to do a small placing to extend the time rather than have his back up against the wall. Time will tell, it’s all speculation, the JV may already have been signed.

If you look again at the investor presentation, in my opinion… Roland seemed very relaxed about obtaining a rig, when question about how long it would take, he simply shrugged off that it would take 30 days and that was right after he said that the proposed JV blue chip was local and wise enough to know what could be a achieved. It is therefor again in my opinion, that Roland whilst waiting for the rig to arrive, is way more focused on closing the JV deal, it’s almost like a secondary item that is not relevant to the JV but will be a requirement of the future to gain future revenue.

I think we must have news fairly soon either way.

Gordon, you know far better than most of us on here not to word it that way, ti say that water is flowing faster than the pump can cope with, is far different than to say water flow is impending the flow of gas and condensate which we know to be the correct outcome.

It has on many occasion been said that the jet pump can easily cope with the amount of water from zones 1-4. But clearly it is far better to plug those zones so that cranking the jet pump up to the max would increase gas flow rates from zones 5 and 6.
