Ssccss, I contemplated the balance sheet yesterday but having re-read Panmure Gordons target share price I am confident Synergia has already allowed for funding with the last tranche of money it received.

Panmure Gordon:

Balance sheet bolstered by the A$3.1m raised in the period, with a further A$236k raised post period end. This helps the company to progress activities until the payment from Selan is received.

We have updated forecasts to reflect the interim results and recent refinancing of the convertible loan note. We see the significant newsflow over the coming months as offering a chance for the shares to be re-rated, and we would anticipate the current discount to unwind as development milestones are achieved. We have adjusted our production and revenue profiles to reflect a later start to the work programme than we had previously estimated, with no impact on the overall value of the development.

Outlook is bright with the wider development of Cambay set to be accelerated following the farm-out to Selan. The near-term work programme should transform production levels and boost FCF materially. We are of the view that Cambay will soon be self-financing – in event of proposed work programme being successful – and that the FCF generated will permit Synergia to focus on advancing the Camelot CCS programme. While there is a need for additional financing to be secured for Camelot, there will be UK Government support provided – although the exact shape or form this remains to be determined. It is worth bearing in mind that the achievement of net zero targets is only achievable with wide scale deployment of CCS schemes. We see Synergia as having first mover advantage (relative to peers) and well positioned to benefit from this key part of the energy transition. With a development in India coupled with CCS in the UK, Synergia is set to unlock material upside for the future. We see substantial newsflow in the coming months that should allow for a re-rating of the shares. We reiterate our BUY recommendation and maintain TP of 0.93p.

Roland may have been advised or led to believe that this would take less time than it has, my only reservation at this point is how much money does SYN have left? I think the last RNS was openly to say to investors that we should be there by now, it certainly wasn't to push the GOI, like SYN would have that sort of clout.

So... a crafty 75000 shares purchased by the MM's at .11 right this second.. I then did an attempt to buy £2000 worth and get offered them at .1068... Surely that wouldnt imply that my buy was a sell pushing the share price even further down? Naughty.

Roland clearly stating all ducks are in a row now and there is nothing stopping the ministerial sign off.

With Japan's aging population and Germanys barely 1% growth, India is set to be in the top 3 world economies in the next three years at a staggering growth rate of 8%, this growth will mean it will need more and more of its own oil and gas resources instead of being heavily reliant Russia and other countries.

Selan, Synergia's JV partner up over 40% on its share price in the last month, exploration and production is key to future growth of the country so the government will be pushing this, GOI approval any day now.

Not sure I’m going wait in here for the C.C.S. to become fruitful, but I’m definitely waiting in here until the first well starts producing as a joint venture, of course we will see a bump up as soon as the JV Is signed off by the GOI, but I would expect an even bigger jump depending on good flow rates.

DvHarrison, your showing your ignorance if you think either of these departments shut down prior to or during elections.

Only thing that is happening every day is that we are closer and closer to the GOI JV sign off, could happen today, tomorrow, anytime now.

Not wishing to bring religion or politics to the board but following the recent actions of both Iran and Israel, the next 24 hrs could see prices of oil and gas go through the roof.

India is now the 5th world economy, they were 10th not that long ago, its likely that they way they are going they will soon over take Japan.

Many will be buying now in a standard trading account based on movement prior to the ISA allowance on Friday, at least then you can bank the profits this week and transfer to the ISA Friday.

Just putting my view forward, I've said it before, once GOI approval lands, its money in the bank, work on site, production, open for institutional investment, potential bonuses, no placings, news flow.

This is when Panmure Gordon will prove their worth, what Investors have they brought to the table, we will see.

This is an absolute bargain at the moment.

Gordon, in this instance the market appears to want to see facts, once the GOI is complete, this opens the doors not only to work on site, but to initial investment, should flow rates be decent then real investment could follow let alone the bonuses we should receive from Selan as a result.

****nal, i am also cautious on suggesting where the share price might go which is why, at the time, i didn't deliver the star bursting target price by panmure gordon of .93p for this year! and that was revised down from 1.5p due to delays, so we know where this is likely to go next year.

Share price currently .11, to suggest that receiving GOI approval, $2.5 million cash in the bank, the start of a huge field development plan fully funded by Selan and potential production from the first well in summer would see us in the teens and that we may have to wait till next year to see anything higher is mind boggling when we seen .2 on just the announcement of the GOI JV. Fear of any imminent placings has been quashed, its not going to happen.

I cannot see why this would not be mid to high .2's on GOI and cash in the bank, .3s arriving following news that work has started.. God knows what the share price would be if flows are decent.

When you’re able to secure a loan on commercial terms to get you through the next few months before payment of $2.5 million hits the bank, you know you have a bright future.

Great RNS, now you have it in writing, no dilution in the near future, possibly not at all for existing shareholders.

In order to minimise equity dilution for shareholders, the Company has obtained loan funding from existing investors of GBP400,000 on commercial terms and on an unsecured basis.

Further, the Company has noted recent market speculation / rumours suggesting that the Company was completing an equity financing and can confirm the Company has no plans to finance the Company by way of equity at this current time.

I’ve seen a few of these recently, I can only assume that Pamure Gordon target note has been read by several others?
