As long as Synergia and Selan have a JOA in place then there is no waiting, there was a JOA in place when Synergia bought GSPC's 50% and Synergia cracked on with the work on site whilst it waited on GOI approval.

Roland estimates GOI within a few months but has stated they do not have to wait for this to start work.

Selan are working locally to The Cambay, have probably been planning this for quite awhile, they do not need to wait for government approval to proceed with works on site. I am pretty sure that’s what was said with the interview with Roland. GOI is, but a formality.

Having spoken with several others today, I can confirm that WWA 17 is correct with his earlier comment, the company are aware of market abuse and there is an interview booked in. I’m sure the company will reveal all in good time.
