I think I’m right in saying SL has a relatively low CoS of 20% so the 2nd placing was an insurance against any potential partner taking the advantage prior to second drill with higher CoS? The more money in the bank the better the deal they can strike?
Apologies if a naive question but if BPC was in talks to be taken over completely by the Major would that require all outstanding warrants to be issued prior to a deal being announced??
