"Market cap is £4.48 million, Net Asset Value £74 Million , Owed to the company £2.8 Million Romania Government"
Precisely the reason I invested a small amount in SENX ~ "Potentially" very undervalued ?
Clearly the management would seem to be totally incompetent and even a fire sale may be a wish too far .
Considering best options , but I wont be buying more .
Some comments about a buyout have been deleted. Hopefully this company will move forward but the management are hopeless. They don't understand how to promote the company through Twitter, Tiktok, IG etc...everyone is stuck in the 90s.
JPKiter you are correct and they seem to think people will sell on this news(which it seems some people have). They can still sell large chunks without triggering the 18% marker as well. They bought 3.5 million at a discount last month and cashing in now gave them profit above 50%. If they wanted to buy more great but again I shall day £3 million or £4 million MC it is strange indeed. (Morgan Stanley have done it in the past nothing new)
So they have sold 1m and 500k in 2 transactions. However, it looks like there were additional large trades on the same day or day after. I maybe wrong but I was expecting almost double the percentage drop in their holdings based on the large trades. For example on Tues there was a 500k and same on Wednesday. Is this just a way of transferring to an unknown account of less than 3% whilst making it look like selling and keeping price low? Is it something to do with cfd positions?
Sorry to many posts should of done it all at once. The threshold crossed follows guildines for Investors which hold above 3% and if they sell within 1% margin that must report to the market. Xtellus Capital Partners INC triggered those listed post but can still sell and buy within the 1% margin without reporting.
The market cap is £4.48 million, Net Asset Value £74 Million , Owed to the company £2.8 Million Romania Government occuring interest till court case, Angola Licence in the background, no debt , operational in 2 countries. If any one wanted to buy the company to be honest they would have by now. A few million spent on the company , sell off the company in parts on profit Asset value.
On the share price you hope and some one buys the company, on evidence Xtellus Capital Partners INC buying stock then selling is strange but not un heard of.
Xtellus Capital Partners INC Date on which the threshold was crossed or reached
14.67% 16,858,324 8/9/24
15.15% 17,408,324 8/30/24
18.24% 20,958,324 9/3/24
20.02% 23,008,324 9/16/24
19.15% 22,008,324 10/2/24
18.71% 21,508,324 10/9/24
Well Xtellus Capital Partners INC making money selling the last 2 Tranches, maybe through DD something came up and decided no thx.
Sold some more.
Oddly, I don't think they'll be buying the company for 70p a share as touted on here last week during the pump
I wish I understood how they get away with these trades!
Surely it's against shareholders best interests?
Criminal.
Clearly agreed transaction between Xtellus and "anonymous" buyer to report sell and try to keep the price low for US cowboys to keep buying cheaply. It doesn't work here
Let's hope that was a share buy back.
Can't see anyone getting that price for outright sell.
Pretty obvious that presentation is pure sales pitch almost begging someone to buy them. Bold fonts,,emphasis on whats for sale, comparison to peers etc.
I do hope they find a buyer so that we can all move on
Guys I am of the opinion this is going to go crazy .. this is so under valued ...
If they can get a better management and get those reserves flowing then yes. Hopefully Xtellus or someone else come in to move the company forward
.."Company currently valued at US$0.48/boe3 of 2P Reserves (Sector Average US$8.36/boe)...." warning - shar price may just will explode!!!!
You're right no mention about new presentation at all. It states quite clearly that based on reserves this stock is at least 20 fold cheaper than industry average!!!
I hadn't noticed this until today, have to say I didn't see it advertised anywhere.
Very interesting.Good detail.
I dont think Xtellus can keep it so low for much longer now
Reveal
Timothy Leslie reduced his holding to below 3% in September .
Michael Hennigan moving to Executive Chairman at Marrathon Oil,effective from 1st August.
About the time of increased price action.
I love a good conspiracy but could we be getting near the big Riveal?
It is stupidly undervalued, I do agree that Xtellus trying to keep the price low is at least bending the EU regulations. Likely it would have closed above 10 on Friday if not for their fake transaction
Only if it falls which it did not so if their tactic was to lower the share price probably failed. The other Investors did not sell they are holding.
That seems like an illegal share price manipulation to keep buying below fair value
