I take the view that the management are responsible for running the company, but that you are responsible for your own investments. Legitimate criticisms can be levelled at the BoD. Transparency has been very poor, even given the legal restrictions. That does not absolve any of us from the consequences of our own decisions. If you've held out of some emotional attachment and not willing to just take the loss on the chin and move on, that's on you. If you have a position that is too big to comfortably move around due to liquidity concerns, that's also on you. I certainly don't claim to be perfect in this, or any, regard, but a good dose of self-awareness is pretty important in this game. And appropriate position-sizing is a must.

Options are issued annually, as can be seen in multiple past RNSs. The terms of these are the same are they have always been and imply nothing further IMO. Also note that old options expire, if they are not exercised.

And don't forget - it's a hugly complicated deal with many parties and moving parts. Most likely, to *really* understand every nuance, you'd need to be an expert in deals of this nature, in this part of the world, and even then, Kefi, along with others, have basically asked for the rules to be changed for this project to happen at all.

What I can see, is that the project is happening, one way or another (short of all-out war breaking out), and that it will be very profitable when it starts producing. That'll do for me.

I feel I understand as much as I need to - yes, we were all under the impression that the second bank would be giving a definitive go or no-go decision, but that's not how it's turned out. Now it's a process that'll take some more time and smaller incremental milestones. OK, whatever. It's not what we thought it was, but it's not terrible news either.

The actual funds were always going to be recieved piecemeal, and not until the last moment. That suits Kefi as well as the banks. The banks aren't taking unecessary risks by handing over everything at once and Kefi aren't paying interest on a loan that they can't actually spend yet.

My view is that you need to zoom out and not sweat the small stuff. Is the project progressing? Yes.

Details and milestones are nice, but he's hauled over the coals (perhaps fairly so in some cases) if those details change or milestones are not hit, so why would he bother? As Harry mentioned, investors have the luxury of buying and selling when it suits them, but management just have to persist and deliver.

I agree that short-term catalysts may be becoming harder to find, and of course every PI on AIM wants a 10-bagger and they don't want to have to wait for it. Accordingly, in my view this share is becoming less of a traders share and more of a longer-term investors share. £100m net PA from TK alone in a couple of years. That's the target. Whether you stay for the duration or seek to trade elsewhere is up to you.

HAA is a bit of an acquired taste and I can see why those who've suffered over the last 15 years or so might no longer be able to stand the sight of him, but to me he seems to be a serious guy with the chops and the tenacity to see this through. It may take a little longer for the SP to respond, but I'm willing to wait.

Past performance is not an indication of future performance, etc. As it turns out, you were too early, which is often indistinguishable from being wrong, but that doesn't automatically mean this will end in disaster. Your concern is noted, but most of us are grown-ups, who, win or lose, take responsibility for our own choices.

As for HAA, is he sometimes "economical with the truth"? Yes. Is he, however slowly, progressing the company's prospects? Also, yes. The two are not mutually exclusive. Some folks get too close I think, can't see the wood for the trees. Still high-risk, for sure, but while things continue to move forward, I'm content to hold.

There simply wouldn't be any companies looking if that was the case. But we know that there are. So from that, and from the fact that a deal has not been concluded yet, we can deduce that JM's price is steep, but not impossible.

Agreed dvh. Lot of fuss about nothing. It'll come when it's ready, may be Monday, may not be. Getting all excited about it on a weekend when you can't even trade is pretty pointless.
