Personally I think it was due to traders not being bothered to wait 12 months for production. As you say Daz fundamentals are amazing and this coupled with now strong market sentiment makes for a powerful combo!

I do agree 100notout but one thing I’ve realised is the traders have a lot of control on aim shares on a day to day basis and will trade it. Exactly what happened on the sell on good news as they couldn’t be bothered to sit out for a few months. Personally I’d prefer a buyout at a decent price as it’s so hard calling the bottoms and tops on aim! I do agree re value, think 1p is low ball, 2p probably fair ish value and 3p plus would be incredible…I’m just holding until floatation and there will be big ups and downs like any aim stock.

What I also like in the link is they say they want to do a good job. That’s pleasing to hear anyway and look to have a highly experienced team that don’t cut corners.

Yep agreed, whilst Bernie has sometimes got over optimistic on timelines he’s been a great CEO and we are definitely lucky to have him heading up Kod. There are so many selfish CEOs especially on AIM just wanting to line their pockets. I also love the fact kod is helping the local community too, that’s the icing on the cake for me. Shows they are actually nice human beings too!

Agreed, I can’t see any talk of a takeover until at the very least we reach 50 mt, but my preference is to wait until have an established DMS up and running. I think it’s in our interests to wait for a TO, unless the offer is strong. No doubt BA is an astute negotiator, he already said there were many conversations happening before he chose Hainan so he knows it an amazing project. M&A definitely will be hot across the sector.

Cheers Lav, wow didn’t see that coming. It really does show how vital having a trustworthy and honest CEO is., and I think we’re all lucky to have Bernie. Really hope the shareholders at Leo have an acceptable resolution, they must be waking up today stressed and angry.

And if that happens what happens to their shareholders?
