That was the day my dad had a heart attack (ok now) but I was not in best head space as you can imagine. I won’t do it again.

To be fair I had a bad day and had a lot of red wine so I rarely do it. I just had enough and cracked.

Personally I don’t agree with going on a board and bashing a stock that I don’t own. I see it as a pointless exercise. But surely the easiest way to resolve is just filter rather than do this tit for tat childish game ie they’ve posted on prem so I’ll post on kod? Sure it’s easier to just filter and ignore?

Two examples I know are ggp and solg showing massive resource and share price increases. It’s not guaranteed but it can happen…trading kodal I think is a tough one, I’m holding for long term and it will go up and down, I’m looking at holding for a few years, patience will pay off.

Yep absolutely and let’s not forget Kodal are selling Bougouni West for a bargain sum of £2m to Leo, I think this is a bit of a sweetener to them and hopefully shows they can work well together to add value.

Hi Bonkers, I actually compared Kod to Leo when Leo first started as the JV and their market cap was £260m, over 5 x what Kodal had at the time. And showed me that Mali are keen for investment. That’s what I used as a barometer on potential future value. Ultimately i think there is no reason why we can’t eventually get to a similar market cap. It may well take some time though and there will be rises and drops, but long term seeing as it’s in the same geographic area I’m hoping we can be in a similar value band. Who knows…but that’s my view anyway.

No idea what you’re after at all here. I was ridiculed at the fact that I can’t compare the market cap of Leo as they have way more shares. All I’ve said is I look at market cap as an indicator of potential value NOT number of shares. Just looking at number of shares is Fckin stupid. Market cap is all I care for and quite frankly a bit ridiculous I’m educating people on what market value is. I don’t care about number of shares I care about MARKET CAP. Enough said.

No idea what you’re after here but if you know anything about stocks market cap is the most important indicator on VALUE. £632m market cap is showing Leo is valued at £632m. They could have 50m shares or 50b shares. I don’t really care, the market currently values it at £632m.

It’s just that kodal are way behind them in terms of their confirmed resource. But with more land holding I’m confident of being around if not higher in overall resource. We will see and with many millions to drill they will do this as quickly as they can.

It has absolutely zero to do with how many shares. That’s totally irrelevant. It’s to do with market cap or value of a company. Both are debt free. Both are in the same country to each other. Both have backing and funding by a mining major. Both have significant lithium deposits. Both have licenses. So in summary absolutely we should compare the two. That’s a big reason why I invested in the first place ie having Leo there was a big positive for me and shows Mali’s support. If Leo wasn’t doing well and was in trouble I wouldn’t have invested in the first place.

Leo had another great day, at £629m. We’re next door with more acreage (but would need another license, our current one covers 97 km2 and leo covers 100 km2). Plus we have gold. This is by far the best comparison re value as they are next door and if a similar geographic make up. Long term hold all day long.
