Possibly Lav or could be people hedging their bets and selling if they think there will defo be a drop if it gets extended. There may be but it’s a risky move as the funding can drop anytime and I wouldn’t want to be out when news drops. I agree, would love it to be this month but think may be extended to July. We know the MMs are short of shares so when news lands one thing is for sure, kodal will rocket up as it will be not only fully de risked with no debt but many millions on top for exploration. As I’ve said before one of the deals I’ve ever seen on any stock.

One hundred percent, China are leaders here and are grabbing the bull by the horns. They are ahead of anyone else and knows how important it is to secure supply. I was just thinking it could be possible, maybe another big company chucks a decent number at kodal and pays us off handsomely to go into JV with Hainan and take our portion over. Especially as there is a massive resource upgrade next door, so the price is only gonna go up hopefully. But Bernie has shown he can reject low ball offers so would have to be tasty. Who knows, but bet there is a lot of interest in our project now.

Yep I agree, him and the BOD are heavily incentivised to get to production. Having said that if the right number is thrown at them anything could happen. Hainan are absolutely going nowhere though!

Hi Daz I meant as in buy kodal out so Hainan still control the 51 per cent but another company comes in and takes our percentage out for a decent sum? I totally agree Hainan will not want to part ways with the project as they need the lithium.

Hi Daz, now that there is a massive increase in resource for Leo Lithium to take the world no.5 spot we all know the chances are that kodal will have a significant increase in resource as it’s next door. Do you think now that more eyes are on our project and Mali especially considering Ganfeng have recently thrown a ton of more money at Leo, could another big miner or even an end user buy out our 44.9 per cent out? I do think it’s pretty unlikely as it stands certainly for now as would have to be a load of £ but keen to get your views on it ta. El C.

Cheers Daz have a good day mate. All starting to bubble away, massive investments being made in Mali. Yes it has disadvantages but the world needs lithium and it has it in abundance. That is a cast iron FACT that no one can dispute. It may also make their economy richer 👍, let’s see how it pans out, fingers crossed.

Bernie secured one of the best ever deals on AIM, not only funds for the initial DMS build but many millions for expansion drilling. If that doesn’t show confidence in a project I don’t know what does!

Based on 130k pa DMS with current spod price of $4050 per tonne over JUST 4 YEARS kodal is estimated to have a PROFIT of £617m based on 44.1 per cent of KMUK. And that’s before the big plant comes online, doesn’t factor in any upside in resource (which kodal is confident in) not any gold.

So in summary kodal is massively under valued. Ignore the trolls, long term I’m confident we will be richly rewarded.
